Proven point to all , always go with a proven QB and the very beginning of the season like tonight in Nussmeier. Nuss will be a top 5 draft pick next year barring any significant injuries. Coach Kelly has to win this game plain and simple. He’s been horrible at the beginning of the season with LSU. Nuss has a lot of weapons to deliver to against this aggressive defense Clemson will throw at him. The thing is though, Clemson is in the ACC and LSU plays in the most competitive conference in the nation. Clemson gave up on average 36 pts per game last year to the SEC’s offense and LSU’s is probably tops nationally. LSU has also gotten a lot better defensively behind DC Blake Baker. Clemson is a very tough team to beat in the valley but , 4.5 pts is a lot against a team that can win outright. Clemson was 110th nationally in allowing big plays to its opposing offenses last year and tonight will be a stiff test vs LSU. Nuss threw for 4,000 + yards, 29 td’s vs 12 picks. Klubnik is a damn good player but, he’s more of a game manager. I capped this game for quite a long time like I always do, and I see LSU winning SU or loosing by no more than 2 or 3 points. I have LSU + 4.5 for 2200/2000 & on the ML + 170 250/675. GL and let’s get back in the win column.
