Nothing much to write home about after the first week, I really did poorly and outside of one BIG PLAY haven't won another game. But that's also due to this being early on in the season, though today will be very make or break so I expect to bounce back.
Not a ton of time to weigh in on games but here is what I am on early:
UVA (+3): Was NOT very impressed by NCSU last week after they beat ECU yet barely did so and that's after ECU's puzzling first half play calling stymied themselves, not the NCSU defense. These teams are very familiar with one another but I think UVA has as much a chance to win this game outright and I will gladly take the points being I think they are the better side.
OVER 57 (UCONN/SYRACUSE): Both of these teams can score, it's a question of whether they will. I have a very strong hunch they will though I have vowed to tone down the CFB OVERS since the clock doesnt' stop anymore on first downs or out of bounds, only on 2 minute warnings. I think this number is high for a reason so I have jumped on it.
I have a BIG PLAY lined up for this afternoon but obviously want to see how these first couple go given the distressful results last week. With that said, I want to get this posted so, tail or fade, good luck to all...
