It's very possible I may play every bowl game. Just kidding, but not really...... But for real, maybe.
One thing for sure is I won't make any bets too soon? Why? Bowl season is so hard to handicap with suspensions and such. But with all that said....I love me some Bowl games!

If you dont play every bowl, I may boycott this thread.
I'm really liking Clemson early on at a pick em. OU has injuries to the QB and RB and ZERO momentum after that awful collapse vs Okie St...I think the Clemson defense will win this game, and if Deshaun is healthy I see a big Tiger win.

Early thoughts on that game?
You haven't heard? Watson is about to have surgery..... they are going ahead and letting him get a jump on the rehab. Should be ready to go around late June early July....
but yeah, if he plays, Clemson takes OU to the shed. But Stoudt is playing......................so, you know the drill
IMO, the bowl game really means nothing at this point. Get the kid healthy and get ready for next season
I wish our buddy Tree would show up..... would be a good between our 2 schools

Nah, I didnt know that. Ive kinda been outta the loop for the past week or so with lotsa stuff going on.
I agree, this game pretty much means nothing to either school or the players...its a monday afternoon game for gawdsake..... . I seriously doubt the guys that have a chance to go pro are gonna go all out here....
Thoughts on the total? Its one of the only games I dont see listed....Would assume low/mid 50s given both decent defensively vs back up qbs?

Boom
If this total is in the 50's....you better play that under. I suspect it to be around 45.
This is best Defense in the country. With or without Watson they still do their thing...

with Watson I'd take Clemson , without him I'd lean OU or a no play, I think the other kid is half retarded out there
no doubt...If watson were playing it's a Clemson route..... Stoudt playing means OU prolly wins...or no play at all.I seen Stoudt the other day and asked the kid what was his favorite number. He said he would pick 6.that's all the corny jokes I have for today
Haha, nice Boom
I really like Watson, hopefully he will get back to full speed after surgery, he has arm talent & all the tools, kid is going to be special if he can stay healthy
the other kid is basically "Special Olympics" material, he's not all there & will not get my money

If the game was Saturday, Clemson would be a lock no matter who played QB for them. Local media has been crucifying Stoops over his bonehead decision to decline the running into the kicker penalty which resulted in a 92 yard punt return by Oklahoma State instead of them having 1st and 10 from their own 15 with 40+ seconds left and no time outs. Without a doubt the worst coached season of the Stoops era. Tons of questions for the bowl match up vs Clemson. Perine was hurt vs the Cowboys and the worst managed injury of all time (Sterling Shepard) means OU could have absolutely no elite offensive weapons vs. Clemson. Neither has been ruled out......nor has Trevor Knight.....so with all the ????, it's definitely not a game to bet early. Good Luck.

There is only one true certainty about this game.... Clemson defense is elite. The best in the country... Will that be enough to overcome the countless mistakes Cole WILL make? I have no clue.
As of right now... I think Clemson probably wins a ugly type game.

I know man. I have been evaluating/handicapping/watching college football over 20+ years now.... I have never seen a true freshman QB this far along in the process.
I truly believe that if you took every single college football player and put them into a " college football draft "....and let college teams start drafting players to their school. Watson would go #1.
He has the most upside and poise from a young guy....then anyone I have ever seen.
The future is bright
I have never made the statement im about to make right now on covers.....
If Watson stays healthy, Clemson will win the NC 1 of the next 2 seasons.

I'll take Clemson even without Watson, Clemson strong defense should do the job, but I'll wait to see how the line moves. My first thought is that public will bet on Oklahoma due to the injuries and Vegas thinks Watson is worth only 3 points. Good Luck, bowl season is coming!

u cant bet bowl games using the way teams ended the year as the reason to take or not take a team. the OSU will mean nothing when this game starts. Now Stoudt at QB is big cause as mentioned, he is not very good. Stoops is an idiot but since this is not a big game, they will probably show up and win.
