Penn St 31 - 17 Boise last year in Playoffs..... I don't know if you can say that about Boise?

That being said.... Boise rated 39 off with Jeanty/Madsen to start 2024 in SP+ and 29th defense

This year > 14th offense / 54 defense

They won't have issues moving the ball on USF when Texas, Ole Miss, Tennessee, TexAM, Oklahoma, Florida, S.Carolina, Indiana, TCU ....all have a weaker offense than theirs according to pre-season final SP+

USF offense rated 42nd....so they should get 21- 27 pts roughly. How much does Boise get? 30, 35 or more like last year when they put up over 50 in game 1 of 2024?
