For starters I am not a huge gambler, nor do bet boat loads of coin so be nice :)
Before the Tourney started I put down 150 on Nova to win the Tourney at +450, and have used the other 50 bones to tease my bankroll up to 84. I know it is peantus to most people on here from what I always read but it is what is in my budget for some Tourney fun.
Do I put down 84 on Kansas +5 or M.Line?
Do I put half my roll (42) on Kansas +5 or Kansas M.Line and then if Nova wins and covers I still have half my roll to recoup some lost coin come championship game?

On your limited funds, I would consider a 2 Team $42 Parlay on Kansas +5 and keep the other side of the Parlay open until you see if you win and who wins the game between Michigan and Loyola. This has a chance to return about $110,
Also, this way you have a chance to win both bets tonight because if Villanova wins by 4 or less the parlay is still alive. If Nova win's by more than 5 you still have the other $42 left to hedge in the Final game by putting it on whomever Villanova plays on the ML, since Villanova just has to win and they will be the favorite.
I think you have a good chance of winning both bets (the parlay and your ML bet on the Wildcats), since these games have been close and Villanova will be favored in all of their games.
Might be hard to understand if you are not a seasoned gambler, but it is a great way to hedge and make sure you get most of your original bet back in Villanova loses.

I agree with doing nothing.... if you must hedge I agree with In2it's approach. Also appreciate your honesty with betting ammounts so many people claiming to have inflated bankrolls its rediculous.
