I refuse to deposit via Bitcoin because it alwasys ends up costing me anywhere from $3 to $7 and I think that's bullshit!

Check cost $40. It's Bullshit! I'm the customer, they are the business. They should have to accommodate me, not the other way around.

Exactly...give them the ultimatum and inform them of your post on a popular NBA forum of their crappy service. Eventually...when ALL the US states have legal sports books we wont have to put up with these overseas bucket shops.
I informed them I wasn't happy with their policy and I told them about this post. The girls reply to me was "This is the rule and our policy". I kept telling her yes, it might be your policy and your rule, but that doesn't make it a good rule or a good policy. Her only reply was "Sorry you feel that way".

I was cashing out bitcoin weekly from 5dimes until about 45 days ago I started getting the same email as you with the option declined.
Sportsbooks were holding a ton of bitcoin strictly for payouts - and if you aren't familiar... bitcoin has dropped in value from above $10,000 to their current value of $4,000. Think about how much money these books lost just from holding huge amounts of bitcoin for customer payouts.
It's no surprise books are holding less bitcoin these days.....
I've been doing weekly checks ever since... not ideal and yes there is a fee, but until sports gambling is fully legalized and adopted here in the states; what can you do

Most do, how else is there to bet if your not in a state that has legalized betting or have access to an underground bookie?? Enlighten us sir..
millions of bookies out there. Ask around
About 10-15 years ago the only real option was a decent offshore because of everything they offered, lower juice, more games, more sports, open parlays, 24 hour website, full accounting and all that other stuff that you couldn't get with a local.
Now in the past 3-5 years the locals all use websites as their virtual offices, live wagering, 6+ team parlays and just about anything else you can get anywhere else at an offshore.
There is no reason to have your money offshore where it cost $25 to wire in $500 and no one really knows what kinda hoops you need to jump through to get the money out - always a nightmare.
With the costs associated you might as well me laying -125 on point spreads.
