Here is the way I read the Rams vs. NO game. I can see the average Joe (which we all are by the way). There is no "public", we are all the "public", so please stop with the "public" comments.
Anyway, I can see the average person looking at the teams schedules and seeing that the Saints beat the Rams by 10 at home earlier in the year. Then they will see that the Eagles beat the Rams in "Rams House", and they will see the Saints just beat the Eagles. Now, they will casually walk up to the window and bet their $100 on the Saints at -3, no way the Rams can beat the Saints. The Rams suck! You add up these $100 bills, and it gets to a large amount quickly!
Side note: Does the NFL want stories written about "bounty gate" written and talked about? Thats not good for business, and business is booming!
Pick: Rams +3 (or better)$200
NE vs. KC
Average Joe will look over the schedules and see the NE beat KC (barely) by 3 in NE. They will see that NE lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, and for christ sakes the DETROIT LIONS. Who loses to the Detroit Lions? New England sucks! Kansas City must have played horribly that day. After all KC just tore apart Indianapolis. They are good right? They have Andrew Luck. He's good! We have Pat Mahommes, he is better than Luck (he is BTW). No way TB is going into KC and beating KC, NE can't even beat the Detroit Lions (they suck).
Side Note: Does the NFL want to hear about Kareem Hunt and the videos being shown for the next two weeks? Roger no like that. period.
Pick NE +3 (or better) $200 (Cordarrelle Patterson MVP of the game)

100% fact THE superbowl loser has never returned year following since 1993 Sorry for your patriots pick
People cite stats like they are laws of the universe.
Agree, these stats mean nothing on a game that hasn't been played yet. Just like ATS records. Its like keeping track of hits and errors in baseball, it doesn't matter. All that matters is the runs.

Wow.... both road teams advancing on to the Super Bowl. It could happen but unlikely. Also unlikely that that either of them lose by 1 or 2 points.
I never said they would advance. Not unlikely? Have you watched the NFL this year? It wouldn't surprise me the least to see two 1 point games. And it would surprise me to see two blow outs.
