Love this time leading up to the ASB. Couple games I'm looking forward to, please share your opinion if you care to.
Tuesday:
Rockets/TWolves this is my best play and super excited for. I looked at Hou sched heading into the break and thought they'd lose 1. They are dynamic for sure and managed to complete a perfect road sweep over Spurs, Cavs, Nets and Heat (lot of this forum was on Heat that game) and then managed to come home and trounce Nuggets and slept walked but still beat Mavs. Meanwhile Minny lost a tough OT game at Cavs, then a heartbreak at Chi in Jimmy's return, then much like Hou came home and slept walked thru a close win over Sac.
This reminds me of when Minny faced Cavs Jan 8 in what I called at the time their Super Bowl and they came out guns ablazing. We get SB2 Tuesday. The last time they met Hou was coming off the Paul return to Clips loss and it was Harden's 1st game back after a 7 game absence and Rox won 116-98 in a non competitive under. I'd imagine line will be Hou as a -3pt rd fav and 222 and will play:
over 222
over 60 1st qtr
over 112 1st half
Minny TT over 110
Minny ML +125 to the over parlay
Cavs/Thunder it's Cavs national tv redemption tour as after going 0-8 on prime time games they are hell bent on making Cavs relevant again before they lose in the East playoffs. After that 148-124 home shellacking Thunder gave them on TNT 2 weeks ago I fully expect cavs to win as a 3pt dog against a vulnerable OKC team that should have Melo and Westbrook back to buoy the line. Also a potential Finals match-up I think we see things played closer to the vest so under if a big total.
Cavs +3
Cavs ML +125
under 222
Heat/Raps I like Heat to play with some good energy getting Wade back, they are due for a break out game and typically Spoelstra lets them run a bit before the ASB, after so many years of Heat/Raps under I think we get a great Heat game
Heat TT over 98
over 203
Heat +6
Heat ML +200
Wed:
Thunder/Grizz after that miracle over by 2pts at OKC today I see a regression big time, Thunder coming off a big game w/ Cavs against a Grizz team at home that usually plays home and homes to big unders

ANF I don't know, I do think they win in OKC as that is their last game before the break and I think they want to go into the break w/ momentum and good feelings, especially after so much prime time humiliation, doesn't make sense that they'd beat Celtics then go into OKC and lose to me...I also think that opponents TT unders could be of value b/c we will get high totals (216-222) but suddenly this new squad is active on D so maybe OKC TT under 114 would be good, the Wiz TT under 110 then...

I love home dogs with great home records, but James Harden and Chris Paul are too scary. They teamed up to roast me last week in Miami with a combined 65 points including 20 in the 4th quarter when I expected both of them to be huffing and puffing.

Under 109 2nd half Cavs/OKC crazy bet with these 2 teams or any NBA game for that matter but after 3 huge halves in this series and a potential Finals matchup maybe we see a little half court when game is in the line
