I consider myself pretty well versed in the Rules but if the ARK receiver went out of bounds (which I thought he did) before fumbling the ball out of the endzone how is it a touchback? Shouldn't it have been 1st and G ARK at the 1? I think it was at least worth a review...why no review? Was it because ARK already used a challenge in 1st H? The penalty was on the defense so that had nothing to do with it. My thought exactly was how can you fumble a ball out of the end zone when you're marked out at the 1? If you're ruled out of bounds the play is dead. I don't get it.
