With Rose out which of the Bulls players will miss him the most. I am trying to find a player to bet against getting his normal average total points.
Obviously someone that cannot create his own shot. Also they player that normally guards Rose will be free to play help defense a little more often since Rose replacement will not be as big of a threat.

Wouldn't you figure everyone could score little more with having to make up the slack? So I don't think betting against average points make sense. From a game standpoint, I think Rip is hurt the most. He was really jelling with Rose and Rose really opened up his chance with the attention he draws. So I think it does hurt him, though at the same time he will look for his shot even more now.
I think it helps Boozer. Rose and Boozer did fine together, but still really never quite jelled. Rose doesn't really play the pick and roll that Boozer likes. But CJ Watson will do that. So I could see Boozer picking up more points, assuming he gets the minutes.
I think it also hurt Noah. Noah gets a lot of his points off Rose putbacks. Rose draws so much attention in the lane and Noah would feast off the soft missed shots that Rose would put up. They were almost like passes. Taj Gibson does this a lot too.
I imagine Deng will feel the need to shot more. Not sure this is good, Bulls need to hope he doesn't force it.

thx depeche, I also agree that Rip and LD will shoot more, the prop avg has already been adjusted 1-2 points higher for this game. Good point you make about Boozer pick and roll, I will be betting his total over and Noah's under.
Sorry wareagle but that is just false, too ridiculous to even argue...
