Anyone else notice how tight the rims were tonight? Absolutely ZERO give to them and you know who/what that benefits.
Soft runners in the lane were bouncing out beyond the foul line. Didn't happen in either game on Saturday. Shooting was bad, but it wasn't *that* bad. A lot of those 'in and out' shots tonight go in normally. Almost like someone knew that Butler shoots threes and there was no way a mid-major was going to win an NCAA title... Just putting that out there.
Instead of going apeshit on recruiting violations for kids borrowing $20 for pizza, the NCAA should look into all the impact Vegas has on college sports.
I had the first-half over, but after that nonsense was glad I had nothing else.
Worst game I've ever seen -- and this is from a guy who watched that Penn St/Wisc game from start to finish.

I was watching an NBA game the other day and Kobe was visiting an arena can't remember which team he was playing, but he was there early as usual getting his shots up and he told an employee of the arena that he thinks the rims are off. Low and behold they came down and checked it out and Kobe was right and they fixed the rims. Then the announcers praised Kobe as a great shooter etc. and how only he could conclude that it must be the rims, not him.
I wouldn't doubt it however. The rim did seem very stiff as many are saying. There are many conspiracies out there and rigging is certainly one of them. I didn't wager on the game. I didn't think it'd be this bad but damn. I didn't even enjoy it as just a fan of basketball. Terrible way to end the tourney.
