I get that Sixers are home tonight, but after the Knicks man-handled them just last night I don't see why Knicks are +3.
Can anyone offer insight regarding this line? Also leaning Portland +4.

Otherwise they have wins over Jax, Rams, and Saints. Three of the worst teams in the NFL. So packers must not be good either too true Deezy.

Pack - Not disagreeing with you (except on the playoffs part), however the Titans aren't a strong team...by any means.

Also playing a little parlay, Bears -3.5 + Packers ML + Texans ML

Every angle I look at this game it points to the Bears covering, yet still seeing a good amount of love for the Titans. I know the majority of the public is on Bears, but still surprised over the amount of people on Covers backing the Titans.
The Bears have one of the best rushing attacks in the league, while the Titans have the 28th ranked rush defense. Cutler is also no slouch, usually only plagued by bad decisions resulting from pressure via the pass rush - something that the Titans lack. Cutler & Marshall should have a field day. Titans are more or less one dimensional, with CJ - the Bears are the best in the league against the run. The Bears also simply take care of business against lesser teams, therefore I suppose the only thing Tenn has going for them is that they are at home...still not enough for me. Bears -3.5 is the play here, IMO. |

Smart man James, we got lucky on that Bama game though. But hey, take it any way it comes...money is money! Good call

Tough game to call, honestly have no idea. My initial lean would be Bama, but not sure if they'd be able to keep up with that Oregon offense. Bama defense looked tired tonight so cant imagine how they'd look vs Oregon. Most likely a no play for me, just kick back and enjoy. What side are you thinking?

Yea man, that onside kick by USC that the ref incorrectly said wasn't recovered (IMO) really gave me a scare. Then of course that entire Bama/LSU second half. Congrats Winger

Wow, Bama really gave me a scare tonight but thankfully they pulled through. Biggest win of the season.

Honestly don't see any way either of these two teams lose.
However, with that being said, it can not be dismissed that they are both playing pretty good teams so not sure if I am completely sold on the TD+ spreads. Therefore, have locked in a (in my mind) fool proof teaser... Oregon -2.5 & Bama -2. |

Just locked in another teaser...
MIA -2 & Blazers +12.5 Skeptical on why OKC is getting so many points here. Yes, very good home team but second night of a back to back in which they lost in a pretty rough way the first night. Portland looked good at home, and expect at least some of that to carry over into this game. Batum is also a good matchup defensively vs durant (if there's any such thing). May take heat -6, only thing keeping me from it is all these experts out here picking NYK to cover. Also locked in small teaser: Celts -3, Heat -2, Blazers +12.5, Pacers -3, and Kings + 7.5

1-0 last night, teased Chargers TNF win with OKC game. Pushed +2 with OKC last night.
4-1 on young season. Tonight: Kings +7.5 & Heat -2 teaser. Not sure why Minn is favored in this spot with Love & Rubio out, but don't trust Kings enough to cover the +3.5 spread. & then the Heat are just a superior team here, especially without Amare. Not buying into the whole NYC emotional win. Leaning Blazers +8.5 |

2-0 last night, hit on SAC +6.5 by half of point & then on MEM/LAC Over.
3-1 on season. Tonight, have OKC +2 locked in. - Young, athletic team playing 1st game of season vs. older Spurs squad playing their second of a back-to-back who were given a much harder time than many expected from young Hornets last night. Yes, Harden is gone but Kevin Martin in no slouch coming off the bench for OKC. Honestly feel line should be reversed in this situation. May also tease OKC with SD Chargers, just hesitant on Chargers. But chances are if I can tease them down to -1/-1.5 covering shouldn't be a problem, especially for OKC around +6. BOL all.

Bulls getting too much home love with -6.5. With D-Rose, no problem, without I like the upcoming Kings in this situation. Young team with plenty of scoring power with Thorton, Cousins, and Tyreke. Not to mention the late season play of PG Isaiah Thomas.
Also, I usually don't put too much stock in the pre-season, however I feel that with such a young team the Kings momentum from a successful preseason could carry over - especially with Cousins who was top 10 in both scoring & rebounding & is poised for a real breakout season. New at this, so not the best write up, but nevertheless my one play for the early games is SAC +6.5. - Also leaning OVER for LAC/MEM
