I really don't understand the people that say Lebron owns Boston. He had 2 crushing loses to Boston that made him abandon his hometown and flee to Miami via banana boat. More recently he beat an old celtics team and a rebuilding one. |

At this point both teams have proven to be fraudulent and unreliable. Seahawks could not even muster a TD last week. Ruined my 8 team teaser... Both teams under performing, I think Cam & the Panthers show up and play competitive even without Luke in the line up. I'm taking the 8 points.

Patriots will be pouring it on teams late/running up the score and showing no mercy in what will be a revenge type season similar to spygate. Perhaps even more so.

When will the NFL and draft experts learn.. Its fools gold every year with these QBs unless its a guy like Andrew Luck. So just because he took snaps from under center and ran a more pro style offense that makes him better than a gut like Mariotta who across the board is better than him in every way possible. Not to mention the foolish things he has done off the field and will no doubt continue to do when he stays in the same area he is from and caters to his crew/posse/entourage. This will be Johnny football status in terms of hoping for one thing and getting another.

This is based upon the original line seattle -3 plain and simple. the pats have been public favs for 10+ years so its a wash in my book. take your pick, im all over the patriots for one.

Brady is about to break Montana's TD record for the playoffs. He's 12-3 in said playoffs. Choke job and Brady is not even an argument to be had. Watch him filet this 31st ranked pass defense.

The Ravens barely made the playoffs thanks to the usual late season implosion by the Chargers. Mind you they played the AFC/NFC South. The Pats have been steady and consistent tuning up much better teams all year. Flacco will drown out there today against the well rested defense that has held teams in check come the 2nd half especially crunch time in 4th quarter ball.
17 players have exited Baltimore since the last win whereas the Patriots have upgraded and finally have Gronk ready and able to feast on some post season action. People want to bring up whiskey under the bridge, that's fine. I'm living in the here and now. Pats pour it on big time for revenge and everything in between.

Would love to see this fight go down. I see Pavlik/Taylor type drama written all over it.

There is no such thing as bad publicity. The UFC will spin this as a tale of redemption and rehabilitation when in fact it was probably just a small habit that involved some late night partying. They would never strip the P4P most dominant title holder for a failed drug test. Suspension from the commission, maybe. Really a non issue in terms of his next fight that will be 3+ months from now.

All good things must come to an end. Flacco and the offense will struggle mightily. The Ravens D is beyond beatable.

I love how everyone is on the Ravens. If it were 2/3 years ago I'd understand.. Listen, Flacco has put together his best year (and his playoff stats are undeniable) but its a completely different story now in New England.
The Patriots have been the best AFC team since that loss to KC no questions asked. The Ravens, as a whole are up and down. Whether it was against Jacksonville, Tennessee, or just recently Houston I thought Flacco looked drunk out there for 3 quarters.. Saturday, Joey will fall back down to earth and the offense will stumble to get separation. Revis and Browner will manhandle the Smith duo and Forsett will not get loose on that front 7. Defensively for the Patriots, they have a big advantage. On the offensive side of the ball the run game and Gronk will be the x-factors that keep the chains moving and the Ravens D on the field. Patriots roll and keep the gas pedal pegged. -7 easy as pie they'll be running up the score all day long. Baltimore backers will chase their tails off on Seattle later in the evening and get burned once again.

Agreed. Bengals melt down per usual and Luck out scores Dalton with ease. Colts D will stack the box and force Dalton to beat them. How can one really have any confidence in the Bengals come playoff time? The line is right where it should be. You lose your star player, it shows up on gameday. Just ask the Steelers.

GL but 1 big problem with that ringing endorsement. Marvin Lewis and company get rinsed out come playoff time and look no further, the time is here now again.
