what did I tell you...
A small correction: In yesterday's bets I noted that the bets are unofficial because they do not pass the RPI filter. That is certainly the case for Boston vs. Cleveland. However, as for the bet on Milwaukee, they were actually within the .015 RPI difference to Washington. I had noted that it did not pass the RPI filter because I sent the pick out the day before the game, and at that time, ESPN's RPI page had not yet reflected the most up-to-date information. If you had caught the fact that Milwaukee was indeed within the .015 RPI differential to Washington by the day once the RPI page was updated, and wagered on them as an official bet, congrats on a big win! If not, no sweat! Many more wins to come :) Today we have an unofficial [B] bet on the Boston Red Sox. This bet is unofficial because Boston's RPI is more than .015 lower than Cleveland, which dramatically heightens the risk factor involved. Good luck! John Morrison, PhD |

Even following the JM rules strictly you have 102 wins 6 losses. 6 losses cost you about 90 units. So you'd be up 12 units. This is buying points, etc. etc. You don't have to do that.... Still 12 units is 12 units. Don't shoot the messenger. |
