Mississippi State is the only team in the nation to lead by at least 24 points in the 4th quarter in every game they've played. Go look at tackles for loss, sacks, red zone d and 3rd down d and see where mississippi state stacks up. Teams have been unable to run the football vs Mississippi State causing teams to throw more often because they were down big in those games. Texas A&M receivers dropped passes all game, would have been much closer though State was stronger both sides of the ball, UAB 88 yard TD pass in second quarter, no skewing their, Mullen's fault on blowing leads, he is not the better coach here, Marshall finds a way to win games, fact, Auburn's receivers will not be dropping passes, defense of state will be too spread out to stack the box Auburn showcased a bit of this against LSU. It's ur money, we're both Homers here but Auburn wins this game by 6 - 10, I see this game a lot like Auburn's Kansas state game, not the high scoring game talking heads predict. Anyway you want to try and paint it, MS. State has next to worse pass defense in the Nation, and it will show saturday. Auburn has as good a defense, actually better than States and the "Physco" crap ain't gonna fly Saturday. Better be disciplined! Mullen's bonehead calls lose the game. By the by, Auburn plays just as many third stringers game in and game out as State, but not making excuses for their defense, they don't have to. All that said, love you homer's and Joe public all over MS. State, may get it under 3 for the large! |

Teams are forced to throw 50 to 60 times vs Mississippi State. Prescott is a difference maker and has weapons around him. Take Mississippi State and don't look back UAB 34 points, enough said, look @ MS. State's road game this year, exactly. Ring your bell now you'll be pawning it Monday morning.

Miss State was the most impressive team to win in last week's bloodbath of top team matchups. They dominated A&M on both sides of the ball and showed more run/pass balance than Auburn. At home, with Prescott at QB, I think the Bulldogs win this one straight up. Crazy to put much on a game like this so only a one unit bet for me just because I have to watch this one. Go easy on your bets in this one, but lean to MSU +3. I agree two of the better teams in the country, one has to lose. Just so no one gets carried away with MS States "D" a quick/short fact: The Auburn D is ranked 15th vs a Miss State D ranked #76 out of 124, with a pass D ranked #121. Rushing D is about equal at 13 and 14 Auburn showed just a little bit of their offense for the first time last week vs. LSU. Take it for what You think it's worth. |

Mega, great stuff and much appreciated your time and effort year in and out. Like you just f***in' fired up it's finally time for some football action! Got to add though I like Ole Miss here, the big unknown as always in Oxford is Bo Wallace, if there has ever been anyone that seems to want to allow a backdoor or just plain old give up a loss it is this much to much heralded QB @ Ole Miss. Thinking to pass and see if he wants to play ball or party this year. BOL and thanks again.... I don't often drink beer, but when I do, I piss in the closet...
