@MrBator And You know A multi Billion dollar industry is on the up and up? You Know this how? I started betting on the NFL at the Towns poolroom when I was 12, 40 years ago, I used to Love the NFL , Raiders /Steelers blood and gut football games, They have changed everything to make it harder to cap these games, Touch a qb, Flag, end a drive, yet hit a qb late and no flag...wonder why? I am not saying games are 100% fixed, But The Coaches and Refs now control the game, Not the players... QB's called their own plays years ago but they took that away, It could not be controlled like that... ever wonder why these coaches get fired year after year but always have a job? They are in the "Club" Look at the Hate and Uproar over a Guy That was not in the "Club" OF COACHES WHO CONTROL GAMES.. Jeff Saturday... To conclude, The NFL is a Multi Billion operation, merchandising and TV revenue pay these 100 million dollar players... Jacksonville vs the Chiefs would lose millions in TV revenue...A few players are in the Club, Peyton Manning for one...Money rules this world... |

I agree with the Chargers today, Herbert played Injured the last time they faced the Jags, Battle of dim witted Coaches I will go with Staley, Peterson is a less know dimwit but he is a major dummy... One final thought that I agree with you , Yes, The League and the Networks want KC/LA. LA is a Huge TV ratings/REVENUE market, Jacksonville is small potatoes...So if there is a Bias today by the refs, I'm sure It was whispered to them who the NFL wants..Refs are not preachers, Most all them are Lawyers.. |

The OP is correct, Harris is big in the city with charities ect up until he passed away, these players know who he is, This game was already planned to celebrate the Immaculate reception and Harris dies a few days before, This city will be WILD for this game as will be the extra motivation for this team....yes it does matter....No way they lose this game. |

According to a report by Vivid Seats, approximately 75% of the fans in attendance for the Backyard Brawl will be West Virginia fans and only 25% will be Pitt fans! What’s supposed to be a “home game” for Pitt will now likely be a major home field advantage for the Mountaineers. |

YTD 44-43 +0.7 Tampa-3 (-105) x3.... The Colts been on a roll BUT beating up sisters of the poor in doing so, Fun fact: They're 6-0 this year when they rush for more than 125 yards in a game and 0-5 when they rush for less than 125 and Tampa has the Best Run defense in the League... allowing 85 yards a game... |

Thanks for the Info Op! But here is what scares me about this... The Hogs just became eligible for a Bowl, 1st time since 2016, They are primed for a Letdown, seen this happen alot over the Years, Even the Coach is celebrating like, Hey we can relax now...... Second-year coach Sam Pittman said Arkansas' 31-28 victory against ranked Mississippi State last Saturday felt like winning the Super Bowl.
"We're both eligible and very, very, very excited to know that we're going to play in December or January," Pittman said.
