I can't see how to get to the old-version spreads and totals page anymore (thanks again), but I have the old link.
For the love of God, do not stop updating that page. I want all the spreads and totals for all the games on one page. |

So let me get this straight...
Covers tried to solve a problem that didn't exist by deploying code that didn't work. Awesome. Also, now when I want to follow a small college basketball game (for example TX Arlington tonight) I have to try in real time to figure out what stupid three-character initialization you guys have chosen for them. TXA? ARL? TAR? UTA? oh ok thanks. Just a hint.. most software version upgrades do not make LESS behavior visible to the user. Kudos all around. |

Not sure what you are looking for here. You want to write your own, but you want good software to use?
I wrote my own handicapping analysis software using Java / Hibernate / PostgreSQL, and it has been very successful. Not sure if that is the type of information you are looking for.

I don't see why one can't be both. I am a profitable sport better, but mostly because I developed programs to handicap sports to give myself an advantage.
I do also line shop actively. But I disagree that professional bettors are average handicappers, or that if I decide to go tout that I am one of those who 'can't'.
