Hello Sammy,
I do appreciate your honest feedback since you opened the account with us. Your betting profile is not what we would consider "square" and that`s why your limits were not increased. We have clients that bet 2k a game. We do not consider us to be anything close to 5dimes. What we do offer is some of the biggest bonuses and we need to keep the limits low or even show the door to some clients to have the ability to continue to offer those bonuses while keeping financial stability to ensure that ALL players will get paid. They did not increase my limits even after 3 weeks of wagering so I assume they don't have the capacity at the moment. Secondly, sometimes I have had issues placing wagers before games, so in terms of stability, the site is not as full proof as 5dimes. I hope their system gets better over time. |

Funny because I just checked your account history and your account balance began with $324 like you publicly announced on post #1 and it happens to be that your first 4 wagers after you made the deposit were for the same teams and same amount as you announced on post #2.

Hello everyone. Let me start by saying that there are many options that are way more established than us, I have been doing this for the last couple of years and I have yet to receive a payment complaint but the big boys have done this for decades.
I was not going to post anything but post 16 forced me to share our story with Steve1979. This player came in and made a deposit for $300. He said he wanted to try the site out before sending a larger amount of money and he clearly mentioned that he chose not to receive a bonus on post #4. This past Monday (the same day he made the deposit) he asked for a payout for his balance, $142 since he had lost the rest. He was asked to contact the next day in business hours. He called back and his payout was ready in one hour. He was impressed by the speed of the payout as he replied and I quote «That was quick! You guys always that quick? Go ahead and send me the wire info, thanks! » Now Im going to copy paste the conversation that he had with one of our account managers: Steve: So if I send back the 142 payout you'll give me the 150% free play I should've been given from the start? Afterall I'm down 160 wiuh you guys since Monday, and could swing a lot of business your way. Ray: Ill tell you what. If you send the $142 ill give you a 100% Free play 10x without covering the fees. This is because you took a payout and what we do is when a player takes a payout, he wont be eligible for a bonus on his very next deposit, however i am willing to give it to you. Now, if you send $242, ill cover the fees and give you 150% Free play. Steve: forget it. The right thing to do would be just crediting the free play i shouldve been offered when i made my initial deposit. Was hoping to come in larger in the future and especially for nfl but hrwagers cheapness has caused me to re think that. Thanks for your time. Jon Ray: No bud, thanks for your time! Be good Steve: no problem jon k So basically Steve took a payout, asked for no bonus to cash out quickly like he said he would here,he is a big fish that sends 10k like nothing but he wanted to resend his payout amount and get the bonus that he did not ask for on purpose when he first signed up. We were flexible enough to offer it to him had he just sent another $100, or worst case we would give him a 100% fp on his own $142 with no fees. He felt thart it was a shady practice so he started calling Ray John Kreta. Even after the insult Ray continued to be very professional. Now to put the icing on the cake Ray made a mistake and did not take the funds out of Steves account before processing the withdraw. So our friend here used that money and lost his wagers on todays games after saying that he wouldnt trust us for anything over $200. Guess what Steve you wont have to anymore because we dont want your business. You are a scumbag. Thank you Quote Originally Posted by Steve1979: For the record here, probably wouldn't trust HRwager with more than a few hundred bucks. |
