I was looking for the information online and couldn't find it. It was many years ago that it happened. But I see Delaware is doing the same thing and the NFL took them to court and got the same ruling. WOW!!! I'm always amazed at the idea that somehow you can actually be good at this by studying. Not that it isn't fun to do, but in the end, if you are honest, it is more luck than skill. Do you all know about the court case in Seattle for the lottery there? The NFL took them to court because they started a lottery with NFL games against the spread. Just like parlay cards. The court ruled in there favor and said they could continue to use the NFL spreads for there lottery. The judge's reason? No matter how much a person knew about the NFL, the odds didn't change. People with no knowledge won just as often as the most knowledgable. WOW!
