here is an excerpt from time magazines interview with goodell TIME sat in on meeting between Goodell and Rich McKay, head of the NFL's powerful competition committee. Goodell brought up a proposal promoted by Greg Schiano, coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers: after a touchdown or field goal, instead of kicking off, a team would get the ball on its own 30-yard line, where it's fourth-and-15. The options are either to go for it and try to retain possession, or punt. If you go for it and fall short, the opposing team would take over with good field position. In essence, punts would replace kickoffs, and punts are less susceptible to violent collisions than kickoffs |

Nebraska enters the bout with a 6-1 record follwing its 63-51 victory over USC on monday. the vicgtory was the second in a row by double digits and gave the program its best start in over 20 years. coach tim miles has guided theteam to wins over valpo, tulane, and wake forest already just seven games into his venture with the highschool. his only loss as the cornhuskers head coach came at home to KENT STATE. nebraska is outscoring its opposition by an average of 6.3ppg. although creighton has won 10 of the past 13 regular season matchups between these two schools, nebraska ows a 25-20 all time lead in the series. the bluejays barely escaped last seasons encounter with the cornhuskers as kellen miliners shot with 0.7 seconds left helped them to a crazy 50-48 win. Although the cornhuskers are off to a great start, they will be overmatched in this one IMO. Mcdermott has a rare playing style for one of the top scorers in the nation. the bluejays leader does not need to creat his own shot due to the flow of the offense, but when he gets an open look he takes full advangtage. Talley will need to shoot lights out tonight in order for nebraska to even have a chance at covering tonight in my opinion so with all said and done...... creighton -7 (BIG)
write up??? that is copy and pasted right off the net. sports tap, accuscore ect all have it. and they not right even half the time. just better be careful before following his "write up" |

yea its off and on. think prob depends on the yardage. but they have options like first down on this drive, fg attempt, td, punt , yards by running back, the odds fluctuate ect. for some reason i can bet on the panthers drives. but not the eagles after the first drive, not sure why they not allowing it

i live in nevada and have an account with cantor gaming. so can bet next play if first down, end of drive results td ect ect ect. in game line is now carolina 10.5. guess they dont see much positive from eagles tonight

i already put money on carolina, i agree, no off line, rookie qb. but dont count out the RB, rookie or not, he is a break out back, hasnt had a chance to shine yet |
