I hate minus runlines. So often you see your team win but you lose. |

Unbelievable how the Jays just get far more than their fair share of bad luck. |

Does anyone know what happened to the link to click on the Covers Handicappers? It used to be under "Picks" and under that they used to have an option called, "Expert Picks" that you could click on and then you could see the leaderboard and stuff? That hasn't been available for the last day or so. |

I hope MLB recognizes how devastating this is for the Blue Jays and start allowing MORE TEAMS in the playoffs. |

Ryu is definitely overrated, at least this year he is.

Snell came in with a 4.31 ERA and 1.8 WHIP. He's had a few good games recently and pitched well tonight too, but I'm shaking my head at putting him at -316.

Check out my post titled "San Diego". It got very little attention. |

They won't have Springer tonight either.

Does anyone have any idea why San Diego is so heavily favored tonight? Blake Snell has a 4.31 ERA and a 1.8 WHIP. This is not bad of course, but is it really worth -316 on the money line???? About the Angels pitcher Naughton, he faced Gerrit Cole last week (a much better pitcher than Blake Snell) and the moneyline was around the same as it is tonight. This really doesn't make sense to me at all. |

Is anyone in here actually professional with a winning edge and make money with their sports bets in the long run? Or are you all just a bunch of addicted, compulsive gamblers? It drives me crazy that no matter how much I look at the stats and stuff, I just can never know how to "TRULY" figure out the probability of a sports event outcome and just compare it to the line offered, and if there's value on one side, bet accordingly. So if it is possible to do this, I'd like to know how. If anyone is professional and would be kind enough to share their thoughts, much appreciated. |

Under for Phillies/Mets might make it.

Ever since that game where they blew a 4-1 lead in the bottom of the 9th against Kansas City my gut instinct is that it would be downhill from there.
