Wow, everyone's on Utah State!?...I'll happily wait for the line to go up and take SJSU at +10 or +10.5
If you watched the game against Minnesota last week you understand why. The score was not indicative of the game. Look here: https://www.footballstudyhall.com/2013/9/25/4771212/life-on-the-margins-week-4-weirdest-box-scores David Fales is one of the 10 best QB's in the nation and the game's at home. SJSU is an underrated football team. If you still don't like the points, take the OVER. Keeton and Fales will put on a show. It doesn't matter how good each defense is. Excellent QB play trumps all that. Best of luck all! |

I tried to warn people before the game that SDSU was the pick but no one listened and the final line went all the way up to +7.5!
Just won a HUGE parlay of the OVER along with SDSU outright!!!! |

I live in San Diego and SDSU is the play Thursday night. They are +5.5 dogs right now but I like the ML in this game.
SDSU is coming off two straight losses to Michigan and TCU where the final score does not show how close the game was. Lindley was up and down in both games but both those defenses are far better than an injured Air Force D. On the Air Force side, Jefferson and the Triple option are always a threat but the SDSU D should be up for the challenge. Air Force should move the ball but they will turn it over and SDSU has forced 15 TO's this season already. Their D is pretty good. Look for SDSU to spread it out and for Lindley and Ronnie Hillman (college football's best kept secret) to have big nights. Bet large on SDSU Thursday night. |

Well, the smart money is on Utah St. in this game although it's possible they may not cover the +7.5 spread. The line's jumped down 2.5 points after opening at 10.
BYU plays well at home and they have traditionally owned Utah St. although Utah St. beat them last year. I've seen both play live and do believe BYU has the better team but Utah State is MUCH better than last year's team when they won. As for the O/U, I wouldn't touch it and believe it's right on. I think most will have the under in this game but I have a sneaking suspicion that there will be at least 1 special teams or turnover score that will inflate things. My prediction: BYU 31 UTST 24 |

I, like many of you, was originally on USF pretty big when I saw this line but I'm now feeling strongly like Pitt is the play here, especially if the line moves to +3.
Pitt is playing at home on a short week which is a huge advantage for pretty evenly matched teams. They can practice and watch more film while USF is traveling. Moreover, Pitt could very easily be 4-0 as well if they hadn't imploded in the 4th quarter against Iowa and Notre Dame. Their defense is improving and last week's game against ND was a prime example. USF has played sub-par competition in their last 3 games and has lost 3 straight to Pitt. Is anyone else with me? |

I really like 3 games tonight.
Richmond -3....Forget their record because they play very well at home and will cover on a spirited senior night. Richmond is 18-8-2 ATS in their last 28 games overall.
East Carolina -1...Rice is garbage and I see NO circumstances that EC does not cover this game despite EC's dismal ATS record. EC is also coming off a great win vs. Houston as well.
Tennessee -3...Florida has a really young team and although they COULD show up in this game I wouldn't count on it against one of the best teams in the nation. Expect a battle but expect Tennessee to win by at least 7.

I really like tonights action for parlay purposes.
Portland Trail Blazers +10½
Celtics vs. Timberwolves Under 191
Grizzlies vs. Mavericks Under 202
Jazz -2
The Jazz have been ridiculously hot as of late. The Mavericks have one of the best defenses in the league and will slow this game down at home. The C's also have a great defense and sometimes the Wolves have a tough time scoring. I avoided parlaying the line because Garnett is out and the T'wolves played them tough last meeting. Finally, the Blazers should cover because even without Roy tonight, their bench is good enough to keep it close.
