I love this Detroit team - great talent with this group, I just hesitate to go too big on road faves.
I'm also adding one more on today's NCAAB card: 6u Oral Roberts -11 |

After going 1-1 yesterday with Detroit and Fairfield, I've put my time and energy honing in on 3 plays for Tuesday.
10* Weber St - 3 In state rivarly here....Utah St has had their way with Weber having won 10 of the last 11 games....Not so fast! Ogden, Utah will be generating a lot of attention this season, not only for running away with the Big Sky conf., but for showcasing the talented Mr. Lillard. That's right everybody; star guard Damian Lillard will be getting a lot of attention, and rightfully so. He's got the playmaking and scoring ability that has NBA teams watching with interested. As for Tuesday's game vs. the Aggies, I think it will be a double-digit blowout! Simply too much offense for the Aggies to handle. Go Wildcats!!!! 9* CS Santa Barbara - 5.5 Most of the squad is back and they'll be giving Long Beach St a run for top spot in the Big West. Though Santa Clara is a tough test, without Trasolini in the lineup, I like SB's forward play, especially when the ball goes through the hands of stud guard Orlando Johnson. 8* Belmont + 4 This team came oh so close to knocking off Duke only to lose by one pt. This Belmont squad is not one for letdowns; they set up a tough non-conference sched in order to test they're skills against formidable competition. We know they're going to finish on top of the Atlantic Sun...that's not at issue here. The boys from Nashville are going up against a Memphis team with all 5 starters back (with the CUSA crown already in their back pocket) and they're 4pt underdogs... "C'mon man!" This is a lot of respect that they're getting and I don't think the Tigers realize who they're up against. |

I know the Irish have a 20 game home winning streak, but this isn't last year's ND team. Detroit is a very talented Horizon league squad that will sneak up on teams. As for tonight if ND's guard set can't knocked down a lot of 3's, that detroit ml+250 will cash in & ruin the Irish home streak.

As I analyze this large board, there are 2 key games that stand out big time:
Detroit +8 (@Notre Dame) Fairfield -7.5 (vs. Providence) The rubber band is coming off! |

You are right on the $$$ my friend.
Detroit +8 does not make any sense to the casual bettor, but Detroit will be knocking off Butler in the Horizon League this season. Notre Dame is going back to the drawing board this year. |

It seems like everyone and their dog is on Pitt today, including many posters in this forum. I like the fact that Pitt will be in a letdown spot off their biggest win of the season. Heck, if they can blow out a top-15 team like South Florida then Rutgers should be a piece of cake.....not so fast.
Rutgers +7.5! |

People betting the Bills realize they are GIVING points on the ROAD with the BILLS right?
in NFL Betting
What many people don't realize here is that the Buffalo Bills just won their Superbowl by beating the Pats last week. Everyone and their dog saw them come back from 21 pts down, and every reporter and analyst is talking about how great Ryan Fitzpatrick is. But come on people.....LETDOWN!!!!
Cincy +3 is a gift, Merry Xmas

Toledo is an anry group and will be motivated against a Temple team primed for a letdown after last week's road blowout of Maryland. Rockets fly tomorrow.

I'm with you - Toledo +8. Great play on the Rockets after getting hosed on extra pt last week; play against Temple off a big road win.

All I've heard is how many yards the GT running game has had. With all the talk, they're only laying 6.5 as a ranked team at home. Gimme the points please!

Sorry bro, the Bulldogs are the real deal and they're going to be catching LSU coming in soft.
Miss St. +3 is good but I'll let Joe Public push this line to 3.5. Let's sprinkle a little cash on the moneyline while we're at it. I like your Saints -7 this week though....a lot!

1. This is the year that the Chargers finally come out of the gate (and finish) strong.
2. Everyone's talking about the Dream Team in Philly, no respect for a rising Rams team. 3. At last, the Ravens overcome their nemesis. 4. Can the public be any more in love with Detroit? Don't get me wrong, the Lions have a great future, but Tampa is no slouch. The Bucs accomplished a lot last year with 10 wins and they're a young team too. 5. Simply put, this line is too inflated. Taking 6 pts with a team that can win SU on the road. Give me the Cowboys!
