thats kind of my point. the spotlight is always bigger. i dont disagree it happens more here, but its a sexier story to the media when it does.. see what happen in blue jays game last night. see what happen at cardinals game last night... the story is philly though. not how crazy Toronto fans are.. or how racists STL fans are.. |

i thought there were more intelligent people on this forum. some of you are indicting an entire city for a very small subset of dumbasses....every city has trashy fans.. lets keep the lazy, tired story going.. 'rememer when them houligans threw snow balls at santa???' IN THE F'N 60's weak. Pittsburgh couldnt sniff Philly's jock and NY is a baseball town. |

By the time they actually develop or trade for a young core will have wasted the primes or traded Giroux and Voracek. Flyers are far from relevant and will be for some time good points, probably could have still got it across without the easy, tired rip on philly fans though. |

first off, its Simmonds. second, you lose credibility yourself because you are obviously bias being a rangers fan and are salty mcd is missing time third, he cross checked Simmonds in the head because he was getting run at? i dont buy it, but even if it is true, your 'sucker punch' mention makes no sense. If he knew he was gettin run at and then got his stick up, was he not ready for reprecussion? do you know what sucker punch means? if you cross check someone in the fuckin head, you should be ready to get punched in the face. he just got caught with his mouth open so he got concussed. |

might be because of the teaser element. looking at these individually the record is killer, but the trick is to not pull in the one or two that dont cover.... keep up the good work and thanks |

thanks Beaver - not that i have been on this train as long as the rest of you fellas, but maybe checking out what winning % looks like without a few saturdays is a start.. thanks everyone for the hard work...gl |

good insight from everyone. much appreciated there is definitely something to be said for the Saturday being different idea. we can all agree that a different sample of people are betting saturdays than say a tuesday or wednesday night. since we are using consensus % as a variable, we are potentially using the same formula against two different variables and expecting the same outcome. thanks again to everyone that puts the time in. i fell onto this system and it brought me out of a big hole i was in this week. yesterday sucked though. |
