ok, so i figured it out. i just called at 3:30 PM PST and got the same message from them saying it could take up to 48 hours.
i then called back and mentioned that i was active on the forums getting help, within 2 seconds their tone changed, they said to check my account and the money is in there. looks like you need to get the forums involved to have them lift a finger. long story short, i did get my money back 33 hours after it was taken from my account, but only after mentioning that i had asked for advice in the forums. i still love heritage but this was a nightmare.

Yes, that sounds awesome if you got your money back after 2 calls. I believe I have called them about 5 times now and am getting the runaround...

Long time lurker, first time poster.
I have cashed out with Heritage numerous times in the past through MG and WU. I requested a 790 cashout that was processed on 2/2/2015 @ 6:15 AM. I received the information at 4:25 PM PST just like usual, stroll in to Wal-Mart and they told me the MG was put on hold, that they had to call MG. I called Heritage and they told me to not worry, this happens from time to time. Go home, call them back at 7 AM PST when the payouts department was open, and they would resolve the issue and send out another MG for same day processing. This was Nathaniel that I spoke with. I called this morning at 7 AM PST, explained the situation in full detail again, they told me they will email the 3rd party processor and it should be resolved shortly. I have called at 8 AM PST, 9 AM PST, 10 AM PST, and now just recently at 11 AM PST and I keep getting the run around from them, stating that they know the issue, I am blacklisted from MG, but they cannot release the funds until they hear back from the 3rd party. I just want my $870 dollars back, am starting to think that they sent me money from a bad processor name that was red flagged. Just posting this for public knowledge, and in hopes that the forum advisors can help me out as Heritage seems to have a good rating and I have never had issues with payouts from them before. Right now it is 11:22 AM PST, and my account is still at 0 balance. Advice? |

Warriors -1.5
Golden State Warriors vs. Minnesota Timberpups I hate to say it but the Warriors are playing some really good basketball right now. With Bogut injured, the old chemistry is coming back and the Warriors have picked up a little momentum. Having lost their past 5 on the road, they will surely be motivated against this Love-less Timberpup team, and start their road trip on the right foot. Timbers did defeat the76ers at home, but so did Minnesota's HS girl basketball team, so that's not saying much.
