Which reputable online book has the best baseball lines? Looking for a 10 cent line, or better. Every place I have checked is 20 cent minimum. 5dimes was the best, IMO, but no longer caters to U.S. customers. |

Here we go. Every game will be laying 2.5 runs. It`s not always an easy watch, but it will be profitable. Roughly 7-10 plays a week. Will be up 10 units minimum after April.
Minnesota Twins -2.5 runs over Baltimore. Twins are +285 at 5dimes. 1 unit to win 2.85 units. Good luck.

Goldengoose likes to post an occasional song lyric. This one seems to fit.
Once upon a time you dressed so fine Threw the bums a dime in your prime, didn't you? People call say 'beware doll, you're bound to fall' You thought they were all kidding you You used to laugh about Everybody that was hanging out Now you don't talk so loud Now you don't seem so proud About having to be scrounging your next meal How does it feel, how does it feel? To be on your own Like a complete unknown, like a rolling stone CG. What type of gun did your relatives use on you to make you bet? I would NEVER root for someone to fail at doing something like you are doing, but I gotta say there is much joy in seeing you meltdown and lose. No offense, but you are a complete, narcissistic a**hole. Is anything ever your fault? Have you eve capped a game wrong or are you just too legendary for that? Still love the story. Still even like the vids. But karma is a Mother F-er, and you are just a di*k. Yeah yeah, I know. It's not your fault that you're a raging alcoholic, with severe anger issues, blaming the world for your bad days. Let's just save you the trouble today, and put the blame on me, Scal, Van, AD, or any of the other guys that tried to help. Because everyone knows you're smarter than all of us in here. Regale us again on how wonderful you are. How you would go see your grandfather at the nursing home. How you love your family. Please? Stay "humble" CG. Seems we might be using a different dictionary than each other. |

To be honest, I didn't even book bases. I had 75 regs for football. It went down to 30 or so for hoops. Only about 5 guys were even interested in betting bases. It wasn't worth the time or the risk on my end. That being said, baseball to me is the easiest of the 4 major sports to cap and win. I'm not saying it's easy, but for me has always been miles ahead of others in terms of winning. There are 2430 games a season. 4860 starts for pitchers. If you pick your spots, that's an awful lot of games to exploit. Just when I think I know something about football, I realize I know very little. NBA is full of guys who don't seem to really care from night to night. You never know what you will get. Baseball to me is the sport where your eyes can truly see what's what. The "problem" is that you have to make bases your life for 6 months. But come November, it is ALWAYS worth it.

You were literally saying that you are going to start playing 1 game a day because you were 3-0 on dime plays, so that seemed the way to go. You change your "management" daily, based on results the day before, your mood, your anger, etc. I am almost certain that if you spit the bit today, that tomorrow you will be playing 1500 a game. I'm not being a smarta**. I'm speaking from a little experience. You're not as innovative and brilliant as you think. Again, stay humble. Rethink. DO NOT CARE WHAT ANYONE IN THIS FORUM THINKS. Slow and steady wins. I get the feeling sometimes that you want to build your roll yesterday. If it was that f-ing easy, we'd all be doing it.

CG.
I'll start by saying that I do not have a dog in this fight. Meaning, I only bet on baseball, so your picks mean absolutely nothing to me. I have made 1 other post in this thread and it basically said that you seem very likeable and that I am pulling for you. I also said that you kept mentioning "if I don't drink...." I told you it was simple. If you know you have a drinking problem (you obviously do), just don't f-ing drink. You literally can't do it. I mentioned how you keep saying "this is what professionals do..." "I take this very seriously..." "I'm very humble...." I told you it was almost as if you were saying those things to convince yourself that they were indeed true. I also told you that you should listen to Vanzack. I know not everyone loves the guy, but his insights are fantastic. After watching this play out the last 10 days or so since I posted, this is what I have concluded. You're likeable when everyone agrees with you. When they don't, forget it. You're a complete tool. Add some alcohol and you become downright pathetic. A professional? What a friggin' joke. I'm no pro, but I used to run a small book (75 guys) and have seen your type over and over. You hit at a nice rate for a little while and you think you are the man. It's like shooting fish in a barrel. It's easy money. Then, without fail, every single guy like you gives it back. I never had a year that more than 5 guys finished in the black. Why? Look in the mirror. 95% of them are you. And that is a fact. 1. You're cocky. (legendary after 40 picks?? wtf???) 2. You're "money management" absolutely blows. 3. You're "dedication" is hardly that. I know you will tell me to go F myself, and that's fine. All I'm really trying to do is open your eyes. You're a time bomb. You should check yourself. Rethink. Stay away from booze. Stop treating this like it's a joke. You can say how serious you are, but the posts, vids, and plays themselves say otherwise. Vanzack offered to help you. Take him up on it. Or at least go read his posts. The guy knows his sh*t and seems to actually want to help. That goes for any of you following this post, really. Put your ego's aside and try to learn. This is absolutely true. I got a fortune cookie the other day, and this is what it said... "Many receive advice, only the wise profit from it." I immediately thought of CG. Listening is a skill. It's not a dirty word. Good luck to you CG. Seriously. |

College. Let me start by saying I'm really pulling for you. I watched a few of the videos and you really are a likeable guy. The fact that you actually moved to Vegas and are trying this says a lot. That being said, there are a few things that give me apprehension. 1. Numerous times in the early stages of this post, you would say something like "if I can just not drink". WTF?? You either drink or you don't. You know you have a weakness, so just f-ing don't. Simple. 2. You keep making references about being a pro, doing the right thing, money management, discipline, yada yada yada. It seems like you are saying this stuff to convince yourself it's true. The fact that you waste time defending your actions to the majority of morons in this thread is idiotic. Again, you either do the right sh*t pertaining to being a pro, or you don't. Saying it 1000 times a day doesn't mean a thing. 3. You keep referencing you college and pro football %'s. I'm not saying it's not impressive, but in 120 NFL plays, you went 68-52 roughly. I'll round it up for simple math and give you 70-50. At $500 a game, you net $7,500 for the season. You say you won't bet on every prime time game like you did, so let's say you cut it down 40% and play 72 plays a season and get to the 60% winners you claim you will get to. That means you will roughly go 44-28, for a net of $6,600 on the season. Let's double it, assuming you play a dime a game. That's only $13,200 for 7 months, nailing 60% winners. While that would be slamming an online account while having a job, who can live on less than 2 grand a month with no health insurance? And that's going 60%! Do you know how f-ing hard it is to hit 60% year after year? 4. That being said, you say football is your best sport. What happens when you have a down year? You do realize that if you lose just 4 more games in my hypothetical, going 40-32, you will net $4800 for an entire season, betting a dime a game? What about the other 5 months capping hoops and bases? 5. I believe a person can make a living being a professional, but in my opinion, moving to Vegas and having all of the living expenses without a guaranteed income is like walking a tight rope. Sooner or later, everyone falls. And I personally don't think a 30k bankroll is a big enough safety net when you do. I'm not trying to be a d**k and bring you down, because I truly want you to succeed. I literally look forward to reading the post every day. If I were you, I would listen to the guys who are trying to help you. Talk to Vanzack. I don't know the dude, but he's genuine. He knows what's up. The majority of the morons who just stroke your co*k are a waste of time. Who the F wastes their time saying sh*t like "GL man!", "I'm pulling for you!" "I bang MILF's!!"? Note to most... Unless you have a vendetta against CG, we are all pulling for him. We all want him to win. And the majority of guys I have ever met that bet on sports like to have a few drinks and bang hot chicks. Got it. Thanks for sharing. Why you would need to tell us in CG's thread is befuddling, to say the least. CG, keep rolling. It's been an impressive run. I hope you don't take any offense, because none is intended.
