I don't know if I'm missing something here, but isn't this a real easy call.???
I think the Eagles offense will handle the defense of the Pack quite easily. The Eagles defense can be exploited, especially with a mixed play-call by the Pack, but I really don't think they have enough to cover the three points.
With Westbrook, Buckhalter and Hunt, I see the Eagles mixing up the packages with split-backs (Westbrook wide, Buckhalter short for pass plays) and plat-action pass on short yardage with Hunt in the backfield, and Westbrook matching up with a linebacker.
Favre should be one-dimensional.

I actually read this entire thread b/c I was curious about what people had to say. I rarely post anymore, but this is worthwhile.
Here are my views.
LeBron is good, but:
1. To be great he has to be more consistent in his shooting.
2. To be great he has to put more effort into his game. During game 2 when he came off the bench after
the 2 fouls he dominated for about..... 90 seconds. Then he disapeared.
As a teacher and a coach I feel I need to express my opinion on why I think he can not be as consistent as he should be. (notice I wrote "can not" not is not.
1. Effort. When effort does not come from within, it takes that external motivation. He needs that "special coach", who can get the most out of him. He has not had that yet. He is like a rich, pampered kid, who gets everything he wants, so he feels he can "run the show" in whatever he participate in. He needs tough love, and I can only imagine how good he would be if he had the proper coach...see Ginobli-Popo, Wade-Riley, Kobe-Jackson, Garnett-Flip. I think Paul Pierce would be another example. He needs a coach who would kick his ass. He has dictated his entire life until now b/c friends, teammates, and coaches have all needed him. He needs to feel like he has to prove something in order to stay on his team.
2. He needs a supporting cast that is also consistent. He needs a veteran, and/or a player who has won the big game to help him develop. They need to be there to coach him also. Air ball on a freethrow??? I'd love if someone could find the stat on when the last time he threw an air-ball on a free throw.
3. Experience.

tomo78... Imagine the Suns' record if Starbury, and not Nash, was still their point guard. Imagine the Knicks' record with Nash instead of Marbury.
...GREAT POST.....
Nash, on his last 2.8 years alone should be in the hall of fame!!! A white guy (I'm not a racist at all!!) who has ruled this game like he has, should be immortalized, nevermind the MVP...
....I heard somewhere (PTI, or Sportscentre) that 5 of the 7 regulars who play in Phoenix, are having the best year of their careers, point/fg%-wise
......OBVIOUSLY, thanx to Nash!!!
GO CANADA!!!

"MARBURY SHOULD OF BEEN SWALLOWED OR SHOT INTO A KLEENEX"
2 points here......
1) therefore23...WITHOUT QUESTION.... in my 2.5 years here.... THE BEST, and I have read A MILLION posts here, THE BEST post I have EVER read to date!!!!!!
2) Marbury is just too damn selfish to play this game. He has some talent, but he thinks he is a mixture of AI, and Kobe...
...Knicks need to buy him out, and start over!!!
Vasillos, I give you all the credit in the world on this dedicated thread...I just hope you don't walk into MSG and put a "cap in his ass"...you seem as determined as anyoneone I know to turn Marbury's name to shit!!
