The person who makes it has no need for it. The person who purchases it
does not use it. The person who does use it does not know he or she is.
What is it?
is the answer to this one a coffin? |

just look at Seattle's home schedule: STL, DET, TAMPA, ARI, TENN, SF, CHI and JAX. They should win 6 of those games at least.
They were killed by injuries to alot of skill position players last year. Hasselbeck and any receiver that had any talent was out. Now they get hasselbeck back with Houshmanzadeh to go along with Branch and Burleson.. The D will be alot better with Curry being all over the field. They will win at least 8 games, mark it down.. I'm not even close to a seattle fan but this team will be much better than last year |

the best over/under IMO is over 7.5 for Seattle.. they are a much better team then what their record was last year due to injuries.. plus they have a pretty easy schedule, especially their home draws

All bets are to win 3 units. They are all played through my local so my lines may be slightly off from what some other people on here have.
Anyway, here are my plays: Minnesota Twins over 83 1/2 wins (+100) - The Twins are one of those teams every year people seem to overlook but every year they put together a solid team and give everyone else in the AL a headache. They consistently are one of the better home teams in the AL. This year they have a healthy Liriano to go along with some other young quality starters. Houston Astros over 74 wins (-120) - I think this total is a little low, this team won 86 games last year and really have no significant losses from last years' roster. I know their starters aren't anything special (besides Oswalt) and everyone is on the Reds bandwagon this year but I see no reason that any team with Berkman and Lee in the heart of the order can't win at least 75 games. Stl Cardinals over 82 wins (-110) - No real writeup here except that if this team gets Carpenter back at even 75% they shouldn't have a problem finishing a few games over .500.. Bullpen might seem a little shaky but Duncan is the best pitching coach in the game and will get the most out of his pitchers. Florida Marlins over 76 1/2 wins (+110) - Good young rotation and scrappy lineup.. Besides Hanley they have no one you really fear in that lineup but I feel 80-84 wins shouldn't be to hard to attain for this up and coming team. Toronto Blue Jays under 79 1/2 wins (-120) - Another popular pick here amongst the forum but the more and more I look at this team, the more I like this bet. Outside of Halladay the pitching doesn't scare anyone.. Vernon Wells is good to miss 25-50 games due to various injuries and I still think guys like Lind and Snyder still need more experience.. Wouldn't be surprised if they think about trading Halladay if they get the right deal around the trade deadline.. As for Division Winner Bets, I like the Twins at +300 and the Cards at +425.. Havn't locked in on those yet but probably will.. Also leaning towards the Padres under 72 1/2 wins but havn't made a play yet.. Anyway, as always best of luck everyone.. |

hamels K pitch is his changeup, he is not a power pitcher like Kazmir who can blow you away with a fastball if he wants.. Hamels probably has a top 5 changeup in the game right now
