7:00 / ESPN3 | Hofstra (-3.5) @ Stony Brook Hofstra is far too efficient with shooters spreading the floor against an awful defensive team in Stony Brook. Meanwhile, Hofstra’s aggressive style of play will lead to a major advantage on the glass. 2U - 10:00 / Pac-12 | Wyoming (+15) @ Arizona Wyoming is simply going to be a tough matchup for anyone this year. Maldonado and Ike are going to give Zona nightmares and the length on the perimeter will give Arizona fits getting into their offense. Wyoming +950 ML is intriguing… |

GL buddy. Again I say, which new players are better than the suspended players?? Hopefully you jumped all over that 1h line bc you are going to feel very stupid for blindly fading someone in about an hour...

Which players exactly Lowme? Minnesota is playing 6 guys and the 2 guys that were put in the starting lineup are 3-9. King and Murphy have 28 combined...
The guys filling in suck but Illinois has been even worse matching up with Murphy and King so far. Illinois (-5) - 2h MAX BET

Moved a full point not even 5 minutes after the news broke... I think it might mean something when you lose your best player and 3 of the 8 players in your rotation just minutes before tipoff...

Line now at -5'. Minnesota's only competent players left are Joey King and Jordan Murphy. Expect Malcolm Hill and Kendrick Nunn to go for big #'s tonight.

Minnesota has just suspended 3 major contributors for tonight's game @ Illinois. Leading scorer, Nate Mason, as well as Dupree McBrayer and Kevin Dorsey have all been suspended for tonight due to violation of team rules. Pair this with the earlier dismissal of Carlos Morris and you have a completely depleted backcourt. Walkons will be starting in the backcourt tonight for the Gophers.
I would absolutely advise Illinois -4', as well as Illinois -2' (1H), as much as your book will allow...

2 more for tonight...
1U - 8:00 Manhattan +13' @ Monmouth Tough matchup for Monmouth. Manhattan already won the first matchup by 13, which will definitely have Monmouth fired up tonight. However, Manhattan's pressure D all over the court does not allow many easy looks and will give Monmouth fits once again, who thrives on getting their shooters free from range. Monmouth's D has been a major strength all year but Manhattan loves to get to the line for free points and shoots it equally well from range. Manhattan should keep it within the monster 13' pt line. 1U - 9:00 Oklahoma St. (+15) @ Kansas Jawun Evans will be out again for Okie St. but I see another tough matchup here for the favorite, which led to a 19 pt favorite in the first game by the 15 pt road dog. Oklahoma St. has been incredibly strong on the defensive end all year, which will make things tough on Kansas to score all night. I fully expect the Cowboys to put up a hell of a fight and keep this in single digits late into the game, with Kansas being fat and happy off the huge road win Saturday. Take the points. Tonight's Full Card 2U - 7:00 NC State (+11') @ Virginia 2U - 7:00 Wofford (+1) @ UNC Greensboro 1U - 8:00 Manhattan (+13') @ Monmouth 1U - 9:00 Oklahoma St. (+15) @ Kansas Road dawgsss

2U - 7:00 NC State (+11') @ Virginia Virginia is coming off a very tough loss at Cameron on Saturday. These are two teams that love to slow it down and run their offense. NC State wants to get it in the paint and finish at the rim, while Virginia will be playing their pack line D trying to force shots from the perimeter. NC State also loves to force teams to shoot from the outside. This will be a grind it out game that will be extremely low scoring so I will happily take 11.5 pts, especially when we have a guy in Cat Barber who is averaging just over 30 a game his L7. 2U - 7:00 Wofford (+1) @ UNC Greensboro Wofford has already beaten Greensboro by 11 this year and hold an extreme advantage in this matchup. Greensboro packs the lane and forces outside shots and allows 40.4% shooting from 3 (344th in the nation), while Wofford chucks a ton of 3's, with 3 guys shooting over 45% on the year and 42% as a team. On the other end, Greensboro shoots more 3's than almost anyone in the nation and not extremely well. Wofford is one of the best defensive rebounding teams in the nation, limiting opponents to one shot, which will be huge if Greensboro's long balls are not going down at a great percentage tonight. Big Wofford SU win on the road.

8:30 : Texas (+5) @ Iowa St. The secret is out on this Texas team after going into Norman, leading by 9 at the half, and nearly knocking off an excellent OU team on Monday. The solid guard play of Isaiah Taylor and Javan Felix, as well as the emergence of Freshman guards Kerwin Roach, Eric Davis, and Tevin Mack have given the Horns a myriad of options in the backcourt. What has really turned this team around is the stellar play of Prince Ibeh, in the absence of Cam Ridley. Ibeh has been playing big minutes, blocking shots and rebounding and actually become a bit of a threat inside on offense, which is a shocker for a guy who looked lost on offense a lot of times in his first 3 years in Austin. Texas has also been playing extremely well on the road recently, going 4-0 ATS in their L4. Iowa St. has had a rough 4 game stretch, going 1-3 both SU and ATS. They allowed teams to pound the paint, get to the foul line, and force turnovers in those 4 games, which is very uncharacteristic for what are normally all strengths for this team. Deonte Burton really came on the last 2 games while filling into McKay's starting spot the last 2 games, while McKay was suspended. Burton will start again tonight but McKay will come off the bench so that is a huge boost for Iowa St. is this one. This will be an unbelievable PG matchup, with Taylor going for 28 pts, 6 reb, 6 ast, and Morris going for 17 pts, 7 ast in the 1st game in Austin. Iowa St. will be going small to start the game so expect a lot of inverted offensive matchups, early on especially, with Niang and Nader stretching Ibeh and Lammert out of the lane to guard the potent 3 pt shooters. Iowa St. will definitely need McKay off the bench in this one to have some kind of inside presence on the defensive end and on the glass. This will not only be important against Ibeh and Lammert (more of an outside threat anyways) but also against the quickness and penetration in which these Texas guards are so proficient. The first meeting was an offensive showcase with both teams posting over 1.2 PPP but this should be a different matchup with the rise of Ibeh and the Texas guards, along with the struggles of ISU in the areas mentioned above recently (Inside D, FTA, and TO). Texas should be able to get in the lane, to the line, and force quite a few TO's as Shaka has been doing a much better job of fitting his HAVOC in a small way to the athletes on this team. Should be a great game to watch but I expect Texas to win this one outright. Texas 78-74

Ohio St was pushed to the brink tonight and surprised by coming out with a press in the second half that was extremely effective coming up with 14 TO's. Overcame 12 3's by NW with a much more efficient offense in the 2nd half to get the cover.
This was Xavier's worst offensive performance since the Nova game on NYE. Bluiett was a complete non-factor and a normally decent 3pt shooting team went a dreadful 1-21 tonight, neither of which could have been expected considering Creighton's subpar defense. Capped off with a stellar performance by Watson (32 pts, 7 ast) and Xavier just couldn't pull this one out. Northwestern @ Ohio St. -5' Xavier -1' @ Creighton 1-1, +1.9U
