FPP or VPP?
I assume VPPs and you need to pay $27.28 in rake to fully clear your bonus. I would recommend PLO to increase your VPP/hand rate while still playing the same stakes but if you are unfamiliar with a game losing more than what the bonus is worth is not ideal. Pokerstars has been known to be very awesome in the past try emailing them for an extension on your bonus. *FPPs are rewarded for earning VPPs and can be spent in the VIP store. VPPs are earned for every penny in rake payed either in a SNG or Cash game or tournament. They are used to determine your VIP status and clear bonus's. |

Can somebody explain what in god's name these players were thinking in this hand?
in Poker
PF: this hand is SB and BB fighting over the fish on the button, it goes into a pissing match that BB wins PF.
Flop: Standard monkey sized CB done 100% and meaning next to nothing so SB floats looking for a sign of weakness to steal later. Turn: Check/Check this tells the SB to ship any river because he has seen the sign of weakness he was looking for. River: Jam/call The Jam has been explained. the CALL:when SB flat calls the 6b OOP you can rule out 95% of amazing hands, any Ax or broadway hand will either not be played that way or will be played that way and jammed. any pair that gets to this spot will also be jammed. there is the possibility he is trapping but it is the much less likely. Both players know this and know that the other player knows this. it is the classic I know you know I know that and I know you know I know that level. Basically at this level you should look to take up PLO. All that being said they both also know that each will be CBing and floating super light and looking to make plays. Basically BB assigned SB a random hand and on the river 64d vs a random is 49.4% and he is clearly getting the correct odds to call. I went one step further and removed every Ax hand and any pair, I even left in 8x and 64d is now 59.9%. To make this a snap call BB probably feels that SB would Check Jam any pair on the flop and can never have an Ace. this rules out an 8 and we already ruled out a broadway hand. Hitting the 4 on the river is a lot more like making top pair against a villain who can not have a pair or a straight.

Also to the people stating you do not want to be the target at the table: then GTF off the table and go play slots or black jack. If your intention is not to beat every one at the table then clearly you are mistaking poker for other games more closely resembling "Sex and the City" marathons.

@weathered's post including Mr. Glue
This is just simple math...except he filtered for every time he was in the blind rather than every time it was folded to the blinds. If you lose money when it is folded to the SB (when combining both stats of SB and BB*) then you are not going to win money at poker anyways and why not enjoy every hand you get? @refer Awesome! That is the way it should be. Are people allowed to chop if there are antes? I know people do not consider blinds the same as antes but they actually are. Every hand the same amount of money goes into the middle blind (barring exceptions) whch means that those blinds are actually everybody's, just like antes. *Yes a lot of times chopping in SB and playing in BB is either not noticed or not challenged but it is an angle shoot, but so is chopping to begin with.

"how the sites feed and protect their degenerates"
rake back and...? What stakes, games, volume and what are your poker goals? Also do you enjoy long walks on the beach? Party is good, I play on FTP and Stars but as a rec player I think FTP is the best. Softer games, 2nd best software (to stars) also has weekly cash back and a decent variety of games. Also since taken over by stars the customer support doesn't suck. |

It is understood that Pinnacle was still operating in the USA to some capacity. It would appear they were taking US books action.
Which sites are connected? Should I start with drawing? Will this be like what happened to poker sites on Black Friday where millions was confiscated? I am a US citizen living in Mexico. I have Accounts with 5dimes, Pinnacle, and Bookmaker. Any advice and feedback would be very helpful.
