They said they processed the withdrawal the following day and now it is Dec 6th almost 2 full months later and I have still not received my bank wire. They have given me every run-around excuse even a $300 free-play to appease me another week. What good is a $300 free-play when it's Monoply money? If you win on this site you might not get paid. Anyone have anything to say about this company?

How long does a bank wire take? Does anyone think there could be any chance this is really a processor issue? They have been holding my funds 2 months now.

When you send them $ they receive it immediately but if you win you may wait months and still never see it.

I requested a 5 grand ach wire cashout that was supposed to be there in under a week. There was an issue with the processor and my money was in purgatory for a while. It took so long for 5dimes to figure out the issue and get the cash back from the processor. They returned it to my account like 45 days later and I lost most of it trying to double it out of spite

Then maybe they eventually send it or, better yet, dump it in your account to A) start the process over from scratch and B) give you a chance to lose it again. If Full Tilt Poker, which I used to play on regularly, was scamming players then how can we not expect these offshore books not to do the same?

It is simple guys, what they are hoping you will do is keep gambling, and lose the money, then they don't have to pay it out. GL

Yesterday SBG apologized for all of this inconvenience and said they were going to start Western Union'ing my money to me. They processed 2 withdrawals for $800 each and assured me that the funds would be available to pick up today. Keep in mind that this is now 2 full months after I first requested the money. So the funds came out of my account again and I just called this evening at 7:30 to get the control numbers so I could go get my money. Guess what? No control numbers. What a surprise! SBG Global is not professional but I am not going as far as to call them crooked just yet, although it is certainly starting to feel like it. They are, at the very least, very unprofessional though and I will never be doing business with them again.

I called and asked for pickup info and they provided control # along with sender name, country, city. I have never encountered a problem with SBG as of yet and they seem to be pretty solid! I will never deal with 5Dimes again though. I got the run around with them for weeks before finally getting funds and I had to get manager on phone several times. I know it's been a while but I am confident SBG will come thru with your $$ bud.

Prospect Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 86 Location: Washington	#22 Posted: 1/13/2012 2:51:51 PM hey scared dough i am really surprised bro.....i have been with sbg for almost 8 years now and not once have i ever had a problem getting payout...matter of fact i did a bank wire for 3200 a few weeks ago ...i requested the payout on a tuesday and it was in my bank acct friday first thing in the morning....then last week i did a payout off 500 i got it same day west union...my advice is to request payouts monday morning early and you will have no problem..i have heared all these stories from other books not paying out but sbgglobal hands down is legit.......i put my life on it bro...
