I have the 10th pick in my draft.  All TD's are worth 6.  Assuming all the stud backs are gone, and Brady gone, who would you take?  Would you consider Moss at 10?  What about if the backs left were say Lynch, Barber, Gore?

What would you do?

Do you need to start 2 runningbacks or 1 back? Is it a PPR?I do a 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 1 k 1 D or 1 QB 1 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 K 1 D starting lineup.

Because the league I won last year I started 1-6 but my team blossomed and won 9 straight. I drafted from the 10 spot and I went WR/WR/thenRB/then QB.  Did not exactly do spectacular with the draft either, but because of my RB deficiences with a Benson/D McAllister backfield... I was always looking for the free agent RB...Got Ryan Grant on waivers and my problem was solved.

I would consider grabbing a STUD WR (Moss/TO/Wayne) unless one of your top ranked RB's falls to you. I doubt Barber will slip that far but he would be a good one.

I would avoid Gore ... I think things get worse rather than better in San Francisco

i have always drafted 2 RB in the first two rounds in every single one of my drafts in the past years but this year i think i am going to go RB WR.  with your case at #10 my ideal picks would be barber and moss/owens.  i think i would go lynch over gore if barber was gone.  ive actually been in a draft where portis slid to #10; LT, AP, westbrook, jackson, addai, brady, moss, manning, gore, and then portis went 10 (not likely but some people are weird)

Go 2 RB's Definitely first (if the draft style is a snake draft) you should be able to get 2 decent backs.  If not definitely grab one and a stud WR....(watch Jamal Lewis this year he lost a lot of body fat and got faster)

If I were in your shoes I would draft 2 stud WRs.  Get Moss with the 10th pick and Wayne or Owens with the 15th.  There is alot of value at RB in rounds 3 and 4. You could get Reggie Bush, McFadden, Ronnie Brown, Earnest Graham,Matt Forte, Jonathan Stewart.  You could even get a decent QB in round 3 or 4 and still be able to pick up a decent RB in the 6th like Julius Jones or Fargas.  Think about how many 1st round RBs didn't do crap last year.

Thanks guys.  My league starts 1qb, 2rbs, 3rec,1TE, 1k, and 3 defensive IDPs.

I think I will try to go MOSS/TO in rd 1 -2 depending on what backs are there.

Just remember that steve smith is out the first 2 games and B. Marshall  of denver is out the first 3.They might fall because of that, and both will still get 80-100 catches,1,000 yards and 12-15 td's.Anthony gonzales of indy is their third wr,but he will still put up some numbers, especially if harrison gets hurt again.

I've got the 10th pick in my draft tomorrow night, so I'm in the same position as you.....I'm targeting barber but I really don't think he'll be there.....I may look at moss, lynch or portis.

Bustin-I had Benson and Mcalister .. and picked up Grant -but dropped him because Garcia, Cutler, Schaub , Bulger all got hurt and I was playing musical QB's..

Barber at 10 would be solid..
