Thought I would start a thread for picks that more than one system sees as a likely winner. Help in keeping it up to date would be great as I am sure many would be curious as to its record. Also add/correct any picks posted as I will miss or disagree with a few.

Nice job starting this thread. Probably no RPI plays on Thursday. Friday looks like Pitts as a play at Miami, but that won't qualify for either of the 2 post all-star game systems. Perhaps the T/R power system.

-MLB 2013, the spreadsheet in the sky...err...cloud has "Hou fade, play Toronto
-Provided I put the formulas in correctly, SuperSystem #1 (only one I have going), has Oakland
-And thanx to Dan, I found there's a bug in my personal spreadsheet as I have Toronto as a RPI play, yet they are sub .500

How would TOR been a play with a .38 point RPI diff?

New rules after the all-star break lower the filter to 35 Home and 42 Away. Tor is home and 40, but they are sub .500 so no play.

TOR is technically no longer a multi system pick. Teamrakings.com has a weird update schedule lately. Earlier TOR was 99.9@home to HOU 98.9@away. Now TOR is 99.7 and no longer a full point difference making it not qualify for the Home/Away system.

However, things to consider. TOR was swept twice in a row at home before this HOU series by TB and LAD a.k.a the two hottest teams in baseball BY A MILE. 3 of those 6 games were decided by 1 run.

That is what I call extenuating circumstances which led to a large drop in TOR's home rating. Had they won just one game they would still qualify. HOU is a major drop off in competition and TOR should fair much better compared to 2 teams that have like 40 combined wins to only a few losses in the last few weeks.

CORRECT!

DET also qualifies for the predictive power rating system. Buckeyekaptn tracks both on his thread, but according to his back testing this year the predictive rating is more profitable and I think he considers the home/away PR to be an unofficial pick although it too is profitable.

So I'm not sure if I should discount the home/away PR picks or not.
