Think BOS will win this one, last game was a wake up call. Not sure if they'll cover the current -8.5 spread though. I am expecting this to be another high scoring affair.

I like Chi Town with the points.  Boston gave them everything and came up short.  Chicago is young and now confident that they can beat this team on the road

Forget the moneyline and take the OVER.

I would love to put the Bulls + the points with that over but I don't think the Bulls can bring their A game twice in a row on the road in the playoffs.  However, the Bulls are just scary enough to not bet against right now.

Also, Chicago sports are on fire right now (4 wins Saturday alone for the city) and I'll simply watch the Bulls score a ton like they have the entire second half of the season.  The absence of Garnett's defense obviously helps as well.

Hmmmm syau124......ONLY if you parlay the Boston ML with another strong home fav (in any sport) so you can lay less down. I can't imagine a 2nd Boston loss though on their court. I've respected the Bulls ever since they came back 18 down with 6 min left in the 4th to beat the Rockets.....I lost my 4 team ML play! Pierce will bring it...has to make amends for his blown win in regulation had he hit one foul shot. Would not lay the spread though I do expect them to win.

Over is good play here, CHI town caught BOS off guard. BOS didn't know how to contain Rose, even KG didn't sit court side for the 2nd half because he was so frustrated. BOS will play stronger in this game.I can see BOS winning but not covering spread. BOS STR8 UP or CHI +8.5 are good plays along with the over

Why so confident on the OVER, just curious.....I think I'm the only person in this forum that like Boston to win and cover the 8.5, I mean if the Bulls beat them outright in game 1 and the spread is still bos-8.5, it makes the bulls look like a trap bet to me.....opinions???

i'd say you're on to something.  Bulls were the only team to burn me in the first round (except detroit, but that was just trying to be too cute with the roadies), but i really think that the celtics will cover at least one of these games.

i think they were a little cocky or lethargic going into the first round as the defending champs against the lowly 7 seed, but now they've been hit in the mouth.  Nevertheless, the number came out right were it finished last time, requiring essentially a double digit victory by boston, well i can't see why it won't happen.  Some of the young bulls looked a little excited about it and with the whole amazing rose performance, i just can't see the exact same thing happening again like that.books have the public money right where they want it... 60% on the bulls, now it's time to fade them.

96-80 Under 189.5 on 10/31/08

i don't like O/U's that much, but i'd assume that's the most likely final score to be replicated here.

Nice to see you back man.

Boy those points sure look tasty don't they?!?

You know, and of course I feel this way being a Memphis fan, the problem for Boston is obviously Derek Rose #1 and I don't know whether they can take him out completely.

If they can, I'd say yeah, it obviously takes a serious chunk of offense away from Chicago.  There's no question that his relentlessness is THE reason they won that game.

But also, to me anyway, as a team, it feels like Chicago can stay with them, at least within 8 points.  Because there's no question that not having KG is huge, and to be honest, I sort of felt that this team was not as deep as last years all season long.  I really feel like James Posey and PJ Brown made them much deeper than the guys they've brought in to try and replace them.

And hell, the Chicago series line even looks a bit tasty right now.

But that was one game . . . .

And that's what makes it scary right?  You're still talking about the world champs with Paul Pierce and Ray Allen.

Was what we saw yesterday just a fluke?

Honestly, I don't think it was.  I think this is going be a really good series with several close games.

Derek Rose is a serious problem for a defense.
Believe me.

I watched him do what he did yesterday game after game after game in college.  I just didn't expect him to be able to do it in his freakin' rookie year in the NBA.

But you may just be right about tonight Wang.

The fade, tonight anyway, might be the right play.

The only problem I have with it is that this Celtics team is not the same as last years.  

And by the way, I don't have any problem with someone who wants to take the Boston moneyline.  What's the big deal?

Yeah, yeah you're laying extra juice and why not just take points. Ultimately it's probably always better to just take a side.

But if Boston is able to rise up and smack them tonight you're safer.

But what if Chicago wins?!?!

Leaning Boston minus points. If the pub keeps jumping on the Bulls and I can get this at -7...I'm taking it. Gonna hold tight before pulling the trigger.
