Watch that line. If it hits DD, you know what to do. Have a feeling it wont but Pats might be risky this week. The fish give em trouble. Plus at some point Pats and Ov wont be the large

Your Pats is too much for my Fins. The Dolphins offense does not have enough fire power on offense to go score for score with the Pats who averages over 30 points per game. The Dolphins scored 30 points just once this season and that was against the Raiders. On top of that the Pats leadS the NFL in the giveaway/takeaway ratio.

On the bright side for the Dolphins they seemed to have found their running game again which is very important for them as they are a run first offense. The Dolphins will need to continue to establish their rushing attack against the Pats. The Dolphins WR's will be no threat to the Pats defense unless they can get a running game going.Tannehill finally got his game winning drive and it was against a very tough Seattle defense. I'm hoping that confidence carries into this game.

In order for the Dolphins to win or even stay close in this one they need to get to Brady. If they don't then Brady will have a field day with the 26th ranked pass defense of the Dolphins.

No matter how good or bad these 2 teams are this rival game can always go either way.

Sorry brother although I know your Pats should dominate this game I gotta cheer for my team...

GO DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!!

Gotta feelin this game won't be another game where Pats slaughter their opponent but think they should still get the cover..Prediction: PATS 27 FINS 13

I probably have a death wish to be even thinking about fading the Pats after the way they've played over the past few weeks, but I'm leaning on the Fish at home. I just think the Pats have been on the fortunate end of some crazy turnovers against the Colts and Jets, and the Fish will be much more careful with the ball this week. I think the Fish are in do or die mode and will give the Pats all they can handle this Sunday. Not to mention, the Pats will be playing the Texans and 49ers in the upcoming weeks and its only human nature to look ahead to those games, even if your the well-coached Patriots. I think lady luck won't be as friendly this time around and the gift-wrapped fumble recoveries and pick-6s won't come as easy this Sunday. I also think the Fish will be playing with a little more confidence after beating a tough Seahawk team at home.

Normally I would be very skeptical backing a rookie quarterback against a Bellichek coached team, but I think Tannehill is not your average rookie. He is really starting to gel in Mike Sherman's system, who was also his head coach at Texas A&M.  Last week he led an impressive 61-yard drive against one of the league's premier secondaries with only 1:32 left in the 4th quarter to kick the game-winning fg. He was accurate and precise with his throws, and the Dolphins got back to running the ball as well.

With their season on the line this week, I think the Fish lose by less than a TD. I am hoping Brady has one of those rare off days, and shows that he misses the Gronkonater.

Pats 24

Fish 20

Good Luck and please feel free to fade me. I was stupid enough to take the Jets last week.

So the Pats have blown out the Bills & Jets on the road but allowed both teams to cover in New England. I expect this trend to continue this week against the Dolphins. Pats -9 & over

  • Over is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings.
  • Over is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings in Miami.
  • Patriots are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings in Miami.
  • Road team is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 meetings.

I swear it seems that im on the same side as Sammy about 75% of the time.  As usual, he has made some valid points.  This is the time of year, where you want to take weather into consideration.  it will be raining this weekend, along with wind.  not good for the passing game.  this game will belong to whoever can run the ball which both teams are able to do.  im a lifelong dullphins fan, and this game will be their super bowl.  last game they played, matt moore was at QB, and phins THROTTLED the pats thru 1st half.  pats were able to make a miraculous comeback to win that game.  this game will be different, and miami will not lose by more than 9 points.  in fact, this situation favors them as a home dog.

    Bet Phins +9

I'm a HUGE Dolphins fan so take this whichever way you want...

The last time the Dolphins beat the Pats was in a squeaker in 2009. The year before that the Dolphins shocked the Pats in a blowout when they introduced them to the Wildcat package.

One of several problems I have with the Dolphins offense this season is being too predictable. Bellichick is too intellegent of a coach not to be able to gameplan against the Dolphins predictable offense. Tannehill will also need to be perfect in passing the ball against the Pats pass defense, as last week was the first time Tannehill turned the ball over and still came out a winner. If there was any offensive packages that they have yet to have shown this season then this is the game to show them...Shock the PATS!!

The once stellar Jake Long is having his worst season thus far. The Dolphins o-line will really need to step up there game or it will be a very long day for the rookie Tannehill.

One of Tannehill's strengths is his mobility. He did not use it much this season until last week against the Seahawks which was one of the big reasons why the Dolphins could extend there drives.

Don't get me started on the Dolphins pass defense lol...The Dolphins front seven will need to pressure Brady and put him on his back. If the Dolphins gives Brady all day to throw the Dolphins corners will not know what hit them.

I'm not trying to steer you away from your wager... just trying to add some info for you as I can clearly see you do very well for yourself and your wagers.

Rival game so anything can happen.

    Good luck on your wagers

Going to keep it really simple. Pats have been rolling and scoring at will. Don't see the Dolphins slowing down Brady and bunch. On the other side see the Dolphins playing not too lose. When they get down they'll press, make some mistakes and dig themselves a bigger deficit.

Pats were laying 7 at home against the Dolphins a couple weeks ago. Now there laying 7 on the road with injuries. Home field means noting to Vegas....

    37-19 Pats

Big Daddy - you got me last week with the Sea-Turds - - - - won't happen again with Brady & Co.

9 points? Seems like too many, even against the "rivals" and especially since this game is probably the season for the Fins.....

Not saying the Dolphins win, but they should cover that at home.....

i was reading all the posts here and sammy ace i like your analysis on the games and i agree with alot what you say but have to say TEAMS DONT LOOK AHEAD TO THE NEXT WEEK OR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.. your smarter then that sammy ace cmon man.. now i know this is a division game an all but dont over think this one.  the patriots are rolling right now and the dumb dolphins arent gonna put up much of anything here.. the closest the dolphins get is 31-21 patriots.. i see this being 38-20.. go with the patriots and win some money its that simple and sammy ace wise up!!  lol

When the Patriots behind the great Tom Brady are playing football this well the smart play is not to overthink things and just back them until they sputter. The Dolphins aren't likely to put up enough points. New England rules... PICK: Patriots -9

Just take the Pats!  They proved they have a more overall balanced offense this year than many past ones.  Before they relied heavily on the pass.  Look at even past games between these two teams.  The Pats have a good pass and rush defense which will prove to be problems for the Fins.

The Fins are pretty stingy on the run but will get torched through the air.

The Pats will run away with this one even though they've been closer in the past.  On average it was 300 yards passing in their games.

    Pats cover this one!
