#11 Posted: 11/2/2012 9:46:52 AM Minnesota can't keep up with this team, plus ex vikings Rice will show his own team how to score. |

#12 Posted: 11/2/2012 9:54:54 AM this is a clear shift in values here for both teams. vikes have only been dogs twice this year (49ers at home week 2 and lions road week 4) covering and winning both SU. Now they catch a wopping 5. Seattle meanwhile, has only been favorites twice this year, losing both outright (cards week 1, rams week 4). This is the first time seattle has been home favorites as well, and the dirty little secret about the 12th man, is he only plays well as home dogs. minny has played well in this series and off an a$$ wooping vs the bucs (who already owned them anyways), they will bounce back strong and for my money, win this SU.
MINNY +5 LARGE

#14 Posted: 11/2/2012 10:09:49 PM I gotta say, still not sold on either offense, but I think the Sea-Turkeys "D" gets it done. I can see Ponder running for his life all afternoon.....
But.....
It still could all come down to a FG, so I would suggest teasing the Seahawks with something else....
If I'm forced, I'd give the 4 to Minny, and then probably do this the entire game, but I don't have to........

#15 Posted: 11/2/2012 11:10:05 PM The Buccaneers showed the Vikings weaknesses last week... And the Vikings are a much improved team this year in comparison to last, but they are much worse than their 5-3 record. They kind of remind me of the Lions last year; They started out hott, and then ended their last 8 games below .500. Given the Lions did it with offense, and this year the Vikings did it mainly with their defense, but I get the same feel with both teams. Also, the Vikings on the road and the Vikings at home are two completely different teams.
But this isn't just any away game... this is in Seattle, one of the toughest places to play in the NFL; especially for a team like the Vikings that is used to playing in the friendly confines of a dome.
The Seahawks are going to confuse and humiliate Ponder in this one. And the Seahawks will exploit the Vikings secondary much like the Buccaneers did.
Seattle easily covers this one.
Seattle -4
Also under 38.5. I just don't see either team putting many points on the board in this one... I'm guessing the Seahawks win this one 24-10. |

I agree. They do remind me of last year's lions...lol I see them going downhill as well. I think they were lucky to get the record they have right now.
