#2 Posted: 10/23/2012 1:57:41 PM Imagine standing at the book two months ago and seeing the Lions hosting the Seahawks and the ML was only -135. You'd have been all in...or at least I would have. No way these days. These Lions will be lucky to lose by 3. Their offensive coordinator, Cap'n Crunch, seems to have let the milk get to his brain.

Teasing Seattle and the under If it goes over that means seattle lost anyways most likely.
Seattle's defense is comparable to Chicago's and their offense aint any worse. |

#6 Posted: 10/24/2012 1:49:01 PM A couple of bad TOs for Det against Chi and the Madden curse on MegaTron reducing him to a mere single lego piece and yet being in the game.Another loss here at home and Det may be heading back to the cellar again.
I'll have to give the Lions the nod and sense a win here but only with Monopoly money..real cash goes on other games. |

I'm on the same money train. only games i didnt take em were week 1 vs the cards and vs the pats. the middling offense is keeping their lines with value but that defense is a top 2 unit... top 3 vs the pass and since the lions are so dependant on throwing, that's a bad recipe for them. especially when they have 2 of the largest most physical corners in the league, a perfect recipe for throwing at megatron.
I got this early at +2.5, but i will be turning that regular size play into a heavy play by splitting the difference on the ML
SEATTLE +2.5/ML heavy

#10 Posted: 10/25/2012 2:53:48 AM Seattle has played 6 of its 7 games under a 43.5 total. I think they will once again dictate the tempo/scoring, and though they may lose, they'll keep this game low scoring. |

#14 Posted: 10/26/2012 4:29:02 PM The only reason I'd give the pick 'em nod to the Lions is because the Sea-Turkeys are absolute crap on the road. Who have they beat? Carolina? B.F.D.
Lions in the pick 'em - maybe under 43 too..... |

#16 Posted: 10/27/2012 9:23:59 AM I got the chance to watch several Lions games this year, and they are regressing. The Lions aren't going to be relevant until they get rid of Schwartz as their head coach. Also, Pete Carroll has had 10 days to prepare for this game since the Seahawks played the 49ers last Thursday night.
The Seahawks will be prepared and they are going to surprise the Lions. They might not put 30 points on the board, but the Seahawks defense is looking impressive and they are going to pressure Stafford and he isn't going to have a good game.
Also the Seahawks are 5-0 ATS as a dog this year.
Seahawks win this one outright by at least 3 1/3. |

#19 Posted: 10/27/2012 9:20:08 PM This is one of those games where your head says and knows that theSeahawks are the better team but your gut is telling you that the Lions are due for a Win and a big breakout game.....Can the Seahawks defense eliminate Megatron from this with double coverage ? Does that Lions Defensive Line have a monster day ?
Im still thinkin but leaning Seahawks. |

Seattle's defense is comparable to Chicago's and their offense aint any worse. Chicago's offense is much better then the Seahawks!!! I do agree the D's are very comparable but no way you can say Russell, lynch, and rice are better then Cutler, Forte, and Marshall... Besides maybe the O line Chicago has a way better Offense... They were playing not too lose Monday once they got up... It was very annoying!!! That game should have never gotten that close!!!! LOL btw I'm a Huge Bears fan and obv Bias .. (: GL 2 morrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seattles D is better than Chicagos!!! That's why there D is ranked #1 in the NFL!!! But Seattle's D can't score all the points or stay on the field 75% of the time during a game. Seattle's offense is horrible tho! |
