This will be a very interesting game to watch......for all you Hawaii backers wait till the day before or the day of the game then take the points, this line will go up to at least 13......
Everyone is saying that Hawaii has never played a big school like Georgia.....but Georgia will be in for a BIG suprise when they see theSPEED of Hawaii's Run and Shoot offense!!!!! They have 2wideouts (Ryan Grice-Mullen and Jason Rivers) that could easily play and start for a USC or Ohio St. And if they were, I guarantee they would be talked about as two of the best recievers in the country. As forColt Brennan, the only reason he's not a front runner for the Heisman is because he plays in the WAC and they played a so-called "cupcake" schedule...Please,... the players dont make the schedule, they just play the games and the teams who are not scared to play them....MICHIGAN.... Hawaii may not win but June Jones and the Warriors will give them a hell of a game!!!!!! Go ahead Warriors SHOCK THE BCS WORLD like Boise St. did last year! I can't wait!!!!!!

Too late the line is already 9. Time for the Warriors to prove all of us SEC backers wrong. You get the 3rd best team in our conference. Good luck
I saw that too. The early bettors are like 70% for Hawaii. Too many gambling-a-holics in Hawaii. I still think a boat load of money will come in for Georgia.
Does it count that Georgia put a whoopin' on Kentucky? Could we at least say Hawaii outperforms Kentucky then?
Well, you guys almost pulled off an amazing season as well. Good luck in your bowl game as well.
Ah hell. I am just stoked as hell that we scored the biggest game outside of the National Championship.

Line is now at -10.5 and Over/Under 69.5 at my sportsbook here in Vegas....If you like the Warriors just wait, the number will keep climbing....IMHO, the Warriors will win SU

If it stays at -9.5 for the Dawgs I like it, it's practically a home game. The farther east Hawaii plays, the worse they play. The power running game of Georgia will be too overwhelming for a Hawaii D designed to stop spread WAC offenses.

The line is as sweet as the Bowl...Sugar Bowl that is.
No matter what happens in this game win or lose I give props to all of the UH staff and it's players. The Warriors gave the people of Hawaii something to be excited about this season so nothing will make me lose any respect for the team win or lose.
The Warriors made me believe that any dream can come true if you put your mind and hard work into it.
I was born and raised here in Hawaii and I have never in my life seen so many UH fans go crazy over Warrior T-shirts in every damn store that sold them. It made me laugh but at the same time made me realize that not only did the Warriors accomplish the unexpected but they united UH fans young and old and that is a victory in itself.

Well said there big guy, the Warriors earned all they got this year. They're an exciting and fun team, as well as a GOOD one.
But a question: Where in the heck have you been galavanting about....for over a week?
Many here have missed your savant, soothsaying prognostications concering the oblong pigskin, not to mention your charming demeanor, sharp wit and handsome continance.....henpecked or no.

You weren't with us last year,Wiseguy...but I submitted some tasty write-ups and the guys ate it up..I started out like 13-1 before I cooled off....remember, Blackjack and bigdaddy??
I have not followed college ball as much as I would have liked this year but I will write up a few games for sure...stick with them, Wiseguy...they are generally drawn-out and way too damn long but they generally make sense...

You vacation in Shangai, or Hanoi or what?
Good to see you back though big fellow, ALOHA!!
You gonna pick this game?
Was just on another Island of the Hawaiian chain and trying to be a good son-in-law and spent 2 weeks with the family with my in-laws on Oahu for Thanksgiving.
As far as my pick for this one I will go with Hawaii in the front & back taking points.

Let's have a great college bowl season, guys!
The old retired coach/scout is counting on it!!
Yessirreebob, you were certainly on a roll there for a while last year Scorp -- like to see that winning percentage again, in the bowl games my friend.

This game has to be one of the most intriguing match ups of the year and a great watch.... Run and shoot vs the run and run rednecks... I loved Georgia vs Ga Tech, but they are not a smart enough team to win a game like this... No discipline ...15 yard penalties over the frustration of not stopping the run n gun.... I love the points here, but I am not sure this line doesnt go down...

I won't bet on this game but if I were going to, I'd take Georgia. Interesting trend, since 2000 Hawaii has played 36 games away from Hawaii, roughly 4 a year and despite stellar ATS records at home, have a 15-19-2 record on the road. I wouldn't expect them to get a home field advantage at the Sugar Bowl and they are playing in arguably the biggest game they've ever played. Georgia is not in the realm of Idaho, UNLV, Fresno St, Boise St., and so on. I'll be rooting for Hawaii but it seems like they have too many obstacles. Sorry Hawaii backers, gotta take the Dawgs here. GLA.

IMHO the road ats for Hawaii will throw you off a bit but what I take into consideration is that this game will be played in a dome not outdoors. A lot of times for the Warriors the colder weather normally causes problems for our warmed weather Warriors but it would not be a problem in this case.
You would have to also consider that this is the same Warrior team that came back from being down 21-0 in bad weather to win against a much bigger d-line that Hawaii is is used to.
Overall IMO that being on the road in this game should not be much of a factor due to this one being in a dome.

EVERYONE SAYING UGA WAS ONE OF THE HOTTEST TEAMS IN THE NATION COMING INTO THIS GAME AND THAT ALONG W/ VT AND USC THEY WERE PLAYING THE BEST FOOTBALL IN THE NATION....
ALSO MANY PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT UGA IS THE TEAM TO BEAT NEXT YEAR IN THE SEC AND MAYBE IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY....WELL THATS NOT BECAUSE THEY EXPECT THEIR RECRUITING CLASS TO COME IN AND PLAY KEY ROLES...ITS BECAUSE OF ALL THE GUYS THAT ARE ON THE TEAM THAT PLAYS IN THIS YEARS SUGAR BOWL....
I HATE UGA...WITH A PASSION...BUT BEING FROM GEORGIA IVE SEEN EVERY ONE OF THEIR GAMES...AND YOU CAN BET THEIR DEFENSE WILL SPEND MOST OF THE NIGHT IN HAWAII'S BACKFIELD...
IF HAWAII IS GOING TO COVER...IT WILL BE LATE WHEN THE GAME IS ALREADY DECIDED...
HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING FROM THE SOUTH HUNTED...BUT EVERY YEAR LSU, FLA, UGA, AND SOMETIMES ALABAMA AND TENN HAVE TOP 10 RECRUITING CLASSES...WHICH MEANS IF THE SCOUTS ARE RIGHT...THEY ARE GETTING THE BEST PLAYERS YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT....
I GIVE UH 0% CHANCE TO WIN THIS GAME AND THINK THE ONLY WAY THEY COVER IS IN MOP UP TIME....
