My heart would love to see the Revels hang tough as I think most of us are tired of Bama. With that said, Miss beat a Weak Vandy team (with a lucky late comeback) and a Texas team that is the worst I have seen in my lifetime. I've seen this movie before and like Bama to win handily, especially after last weeks sleep walk. Saban will have them ready to play 45-17.

Bo Wallace is good, but he's no Manziel...this spread implies that Ole Miss is almost equal to Texas A&M (i.e. flip home field points).  I am not buying it...

Alabama -15.5

Ole miss is does have a very impressive team this year.   I know i'm a homer here, not going to say we will win outright but don't be just absolutely shocked.  And D01jnicol don't look at a 4 point win at vandy lightly..  1 - Vandy had beatin ole miss 5 out of the last 6... 2) in the past tow years Vandy had only lost 4 home games (UGA, #10 Ark, #4UF, and #5 UGA.. i'd say thats decent company to be in... 3 - Vandy was coming into that game on a conference best 7 game winning streak.... 4 - That was the first game, not to mention on the road in the SEC on prime time TV, for several true freshment play makers (which made up the #5 recruiting class).  That Vandy win was big, maybe even more so than if we had blown them out because coming back like that gave them confidence and the believe that they can win. So far this year we've knocked off 2 of the teams that beat us last year.

A lot of hype about how good this Ol Miss team is this year and they are 3-0. The problem is they have played nobody. Many teams look good this early in the season with cup cake games. Texas is horrible and Vandy is still Vandy. Alabama wins this game and I expect them to cover.

And on another positive note for ole miss the leading tackler from last year denzel nkemdiche is back after missing the last 2 games.   And no Vandy is not the Vandy of 10 years ago.. They'll finish at least 4th in the East and would not the too surprised if the finished 3rd ahead of florida

Seen this movie too  lmao  I feel exactly the same way, but at Bryant Denny??  Lines dropping like a stone, I think there are better plays on the board but im itching to pull the trigger on BAMA at least small

Line going wrong way. Ole Miss for the UPSET and the LAHHHGE!!!!! Bama cant protect QB from hitting the dirt. Ole Miss has nfl players at all kinds of positions. Miss QB is similar to Johhny FORTY Oz and can scramble. Ole Miss receivers will run all over bama secondary and make way for running game. Get this money!!!

Bama's glaring weaknesses are going to be exposed this week... primarily:

1) DBs can't cover ANYBODY... especially not good WRs... and Ol Miss has those!

2) can't protect the QB well enough to execute play-action pass... making all of those pointless 1st and 10 runs (which aren't gaining as many yards as previous years), a problem!

Bama will have their hands full... and going forward, we will begin to realize that, despite having a ridiculously easy schedule, they are a longshot to get through it undefeated...

Bama might lose this game in Oxford, but they will not lose at home.  Now covering the spread is much more iffy.  I think Alabama is a Top 12 team, but they certainly haven't looked like the #1 team they were last year.  Big falloff on OL, so not able to move the ball consistently on the ground or use play action as well.  Still solid on defense, but Ole Miss will have some success with their spread attack.  Suggest taking Alabama -4 as part of a three game teaser because they will win by a TD, maybe more.    GL to all, should be a fun game to watch.

Bama thought they had a "cake" schedule. Ole Miss will keep it close, and a small wage straight up. In my lifetime, maybe tomorrow Nick will decide Texas is better

I’m shocked how much love the Rebels are getting after beating a raggedy Texas squad and a very mediocre Vanderbilt squad.  I might be missing something here so NO play for me on the side, but Blue Horseshoe LOVES Over the Total in this spot!  With that said, put me down for Over the Total for three (3) C-Notes please.  Thanks!
