Hey guys,
Pretty solid first weekend in the NCAA tourney closing with a 5-3 record yesterday, helping make up for the abysmal Conference tourney record that I posted.  Anyways only one BBall play for me today and it comes in the NIT.

Louisiana Tech +8
Southern Miss garnering way too much respect in this one, both of these team have beat no one and La Tech actually beat So. Miss earlier this season by nine on their court.  I think this is way too many points to be giving so I'll grab the Bulldogs in this one.

BOL all

The final was actually a ten point win.

La Tech is very bad on the rd and I know they won at a very uninterested Fla St.

The history of these two seems to be the home team wins by DD. I am on the fence with this right now. Bol.

Thanks for the input I agree with you about La Tech being a bad road team, I just feel that they will play tough here in this spot as they seem to be taking this NIT experience much more seriously.  So. Miss struggled mightily against a pretty weak Charleston Southern team in their first home game so I think the Bulldogs do the same.  BOL to you bud

Lou Tech is southern based team, so not a real big road game. They did well in the WAC, and this looks winnable for them.

USM has no size down low either so I am now leaning La Tech.

Quantum, La Tech was killed at Denver and NMST, but both are tough places to play. They lost at Mcneese St. and Northwestern St. to start the year by 6 eand 8.
Then, they win 8 straight on the road, but against bottom feeders Idaho, Seatle and all the Texas directional schools.

I am leaning a tight game even if they dont win.
