Hey Neil, I sent you a PM with a question off the subject of your daily thread. Just an FYI. Would appreciate a response when you have time.
Thanks

You said it yourself, you'd be surprised if Ball St. didn't win their side of the conference by a couple games. That said, the game to Ball St. may not be as critical as advertised. Conversely, the Zips will definitely be ready to play this one. I know they just beat Kent St., but Dambrot has publicly stated (in the local media outlets) that this is a huge game for them. He's frustrated with all the turnovers they've been committing (especially from his young core) he feels however, that they now understand why that was happening and it's being corrected (that is the main reason they've looked atrocious in a few of their games).
I just think the Zips are the better team here, and I don't think the rivalry "hangover" will be as big an intangible as one may think. In fact, if they get this one tonight, I'd strongly endorse a fade of them on Saturday vs CMU instead.
Anyway you cut it this should be a good game and I don't see either team winning by more than 5. No disrespect to you, just a differing opinion.
