Heading home from Florida today and will have ample time on the flight to delve into this card. From a cursory look, here's what interests me:
Current Leans: James Madison +14.5, Wisconsin/Purdue Under 113, New Mexico State -4.5, Duke -10, App State -2.5, UNC-Greensboro/Charleston Over 150

#14 Posted: 1/12/2012 4:44:37 PM What's your take on the total for the Wisconsin Purdue game? If you don't mind me asking just trying to get a writer feeling. Was leaning the under as well but it's set low. |

I can't speak for him but I will take a stab. Both teams are without solid post play and rely heavily on the three point shot. Neither team does much on the offensive glass so second chance points will be limited. Wisconsin struggles on offense are well noted but their defense is built to stop a team like Purdue has this year. My guess is that he had a slight lean to Wisconsin based on his play on them at Michigan but doesn't trust their offense enough to pull the trigger and decided the better and smarter play was the UNDER. |

#18 Posted: 1/12/2012 5:41:08 PM Just have no feel on the over under as if I were to play the game I would go under as well. Purdue shot 10-15 from 3 point with D.J. Byrd who has been non-exident makes his first 5 3 balls and that was that as Minny is terrible against the 3 ball. Wisc still dont know they look like they are getting decent shots but nothing falling in now. Good luck as I like the Duke and New Mexico plays as well.
Minny - Indiana have to look at is Indiana looking to sunday against Ohio St. They should have no problem making 3's and Zelloer should have a great game offensively as Minny has nobody to stop him. Cant see O/U but am going to play Indiana. Dont like the double digit chalk but Minny is very overrated and still disorganized everywhere. |

#24 Posted: 1/12/2012 10:35:27 PM Your home now after Im sure a nice break for you. Go fiqure that powerhouse Golden Gophers do what Kent, and Ohio St. couldnt do. 24 points off offensive rebounds. Amazing anyway Good luck in getting back in the stream of things at school. |
