Not a good night last night as i closed well, 2-1, but struggle in the early games. Tennessee couldn't hold a halftime lead as they fell behind early in the 2H prior to making a good run to pull themselves back into it, but a missed 3 resulted in a long rebound and a quick bucket for Memphis that changed a TN lead into a 4 point deficit. Nebraska kept coming back with leads but couldn't hold it down the stretch and then folded in OT even in front of the home crowd. Colorado fought hard and was a good call, Xavier played very well offensively but struggled defensively, and TCU sucked.
...will be doing projections and including some write-ups shortly after a disappointing day. Still need to win about .2 of a unit tomorrow to reach my goal of winning 2 units this week, or else Rick Pitino will be mad at me.

Hoping to see you on some of the same. I want to bet Ville but don't think I can pk a side in that matchup. Going by LVSC lines, I like Pitt-2(would bet ML), Hall +7.5(will go up) Mish St -2.5(ML again) and Rider -5. Think you should meet your quota for the week with tomorrows card as log as you are not betting too many.

tomorrow's interests: Minnesota: Can't play this IU team because they tire so easily with such a short bench, but they will try to slow the tempo in order to remain in the game. Should see a small number but this game may not hit 90.
Syracuse: Home teams are very tempting in the Big East, especially when the Carrier Dome is the venue. The 'Cuse have been inconsistent lately, but i think they'll beat Louisville tomorrow at home as that 2-3 zone will result in bad shots from the undisciplined Cards who can't avoid scoring droughts. Lean over with the tempo Pitino plays especially when Syracuse is happy to oblige to other paces.
Vanderbilt: UF with an awful collapse the other night in Columbia means that they may be flat against Vandy. The 'Dores play great at home and i'm not sure UF will be ready tomorrow after the loss to the 'Cocks. I do lean under but i'm not sure about UF's defense so Vandy would be my strongest lean as long as UF doesn't shoot them out of the zone.
Ohio St: I won on the Bucks a few weeks ago when they played MSU, thanks to some fortunate moments toward the end of the game. I think Freshman C B.J. Mullens will need to have a big game, maybe by getting F Goran Suton in foul trouble early. I do think MSU is the best team in the Big Ten, which scares me if i try to fade them, especially after the embarassing loss to Northwestern on their home court.
Pittsburgh: Like the Panthers as the 2nd best team in the land, but i'm not sure i can allow myself to fade WVU again after they punked me against GTown. Lean under if anything with how WVU plays, but a rivalry game means anything can happen so i'll probably stay far away from this one.
Miami (FL): Great opportunity to fade VT after the big win against Wake. VT owns the Deacs in Lawrence-Joel Coliseum, so i'm not sure that means anything about VT. Miami played great for me against UNC after pissing me off with poor play at home against Clemson, so i'm not mad at them at this moment. I think it's a great spot to play a better team that may be getting a soft line with that victory earlier in the week. Miami's bigs should have their way with VT on the interior as Diakite and Allen will have trouble avoiding foul trouble.
Clemson: Should dominate GT, but i'm not interested in fading GT again after Tuesday's victory with BC. Clemson is coming off an embarassing loss to UNC, which means they should be ready to rid themselves of that memory and find the game that they were doing so well with earlier in the season. GT's lack of depth will be a problem with the Tigers press, which makes me think the Jackets will slow the game down, or they will tire and get blown out if they try to run with Clemson. The Tigers usually see high lines, and tomorrow is a time that i think i could see a big advantage play with the under as it's against public perception and i think it has a relaistic chance of hitting.
projections: IU +8 (132) SYR +1.5 (140.5) VAN +2.5 (134) tOSU +2.5 (134) WVU +1 (134) CLEM -6 (141)

most likely or it's a no play unless i see a total in that one ------------------------------------
Bracks,
no lean on Rider as i won't look at that one, but i do like Pitt as i think they're one of the best teams in the land and i think the Hall will struggle to compete with an angry Georgetown team ----------------------------
...bedtime for me, so i'll be checking in tomorrow AM as 4 hours of sleep last night are kililng me right now

adding: Syracuse -2 (+109) vs. Louisville: 1 unit (Matchbook) Love having lines at this time of night as i locked in the +109 and i may sell it back if see + money on the Louisville side tomorrow before i really decide what i'm doing. I don't see the line moving back to pick 'em, even with most books sitting at -1.5 at this time, so i figured i'd jump on it now. I like to play teams after bad losses like Syracuse was involved in against Pittsburgh. The Orange should enjoy the home cooking.
...we'll see how i feel tomorrow as i'm hoping to have 2 at +money so i can pick up that 0.2 units with a 1-1 day, but i will NOT be forcing anything

With that price I don't thin you can be unhappy with taking Cuse at home in a game I think they need to win @Home. I understand your reasoning for Gtown, but I just think everyone will be driving up that line and I will be getting almost 10> See you on here tomorrow

updated leans: WVU -1: 71.39% of Wagerline is on Pitt at +1, which makes me very interested in the home team. I don't want to play WVU after losing to them with Georgetown on Thursday, but i think the 'Neers is the right side in this one. Also enjoy fading the majority dogs who have hit 25% since i've been watching, although i've yet to play anything with this trend so far this season. MIA -6.5: Would love to see -6
...struggling to find another play but i do think there is value on the card

adding: West Virginia -1 (+100) vs. Pittsburgh: 1 unit (Matchbook) Just saw the lines jump from +1 to -1 so i'll ride that wave of money, and the 28% of wagerline on the 'Neers.
