I would explain this play but it's just too complicated lets just say because I'm up a good amount this season (so far) and because I am really pissed that the odds on golf matches have gotten stupid. I am going to try a new approach this week I'm going to try and beat them good on one play a day, if I can pull one out that I like, I'm going to hit it hard and raise my units for 2nd round if I get the first one, if not I'm done till next week and may just play a few at Mayakobia.
I am hoping I can get the first one and then squirrel at least one play out of the offerings each day that perhaps they overlooked and offered at a half fair price. This will not last past Sat(books offering any plays at fair value)so I am sure I'll be looking for maybe three plays.
I would not do this if I was not up a fair amount and I shopped this hard and spread the play between 2 books to get the number down to -120 from -130.
Tail at your own risk but I feel like this is a solid play on day 1.
Villegas has been off his game all year. DQ at the Hyundi,MC at Sony,T44 at Farmers and WD at Waste Management who know's if he is ready to play yet and JB seems to be on his game and well challenged by match play so I'm giving him the edge and therefore my play.

Vegas -120/C Howell III 4 units Stadler -105/Weekley 2 units FT
Baird -110/Ogilvie 2 units FT & H2H 1 each
Beckman -129/Merrick 1 unit
Willis -130/Knost 1 unit
The breakdown
Vegas has carried his play and my cash all year so far with no reason to back down he has shown he can handle all types of courses and the climate should warm him. CHIII could come off with a low one he's due but I can't jump off thisjust yet.
This is Stadlers kind of course I think he just plain out plays Boo here last year Stads finishedT9 where Boo T66 Stad three rounds in the 60's to Boo 1
Baird over Joe Ogilvie I love this play this is a zone for big brimmed panama hats and Briney last year opened here with 65 to Joes paltry 69.
Beckman last years winner should be a fade for most but I'm thinking the good weather and good memories may bring out a strong opening round and Merrick has not impressed me here with only one round in the 60's last year
Willis -130/Knost Chubby will suffer with his ugly golf swing and and the tropical heat.People talk about how solid this guy's move is I just don't see it.
Thats it sports fans! off and running. Here's hoping !

I had to fight to bring the line down from -130 which was the opening line it moved to -135 and now is offered up at -116 so my -120 is soft by 4 bucks and I tossed a good log on the fire, which has obviously been counter acted by unknown supporters of Villegas and his match play record. I hope I'm right too.

I'll come back with Mayakobia plays tomorrow am.
I like it
I have it at -135 so you got great value GL
I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on some of these plays. Lots of juice. The Euro's do well in match play too.
I've been jocking Fowler the last few tourneys and he let me down except for the win against kim due to WD. I like him to beat Hanson especially since he does well in Zona but I don't know if I want to lay -135. Hanson has 2 top 10 finishes on the euro tour. any thoughts?

Just heard from a colleague who was out following the Camilo Villegas/J.B. Holmes match.
As mentioned earlier, Holmes doesn’t know this course at all -- to the point where, when he finishes each hole, he’s been following Villegas to the next tee box, because he doesn’t know where to go.
