I'm thinking both teams score looks tasty for +146

it will be counted as runner because gomez entered the field..

Im pretty sure it's a losing bet since Mario came in and played.  If Mario had sat out the entire game it woulda been voided.

tough break with the lineup changes for this game... but taking a player prop for a guy who might play less than 20 mins at the end of a game is a pretty rough bet.
