Better go hoard from the grocery store like they do every time the weather report shows a few inches are coming.

I lived in Philly two times for a total of 6 years and I never understood how crazy people would get before a storm..it isnt like the roads wont get plowed in a day or two at worst case.

This isn't a Nor'easter(its not coming up the East Coast) it's an Alberta Clipper with the double whammy snow/frigid temps but it's hardly news when it snows in the Winter.
What's "plenty" of food ? Any breeze coming off the Great Lakes can drop a foot of snow.

Yes, it WILL BE a Nor'easter.  There are two Low Pressure Systems. One is moving across the Heartland and one is developing in Eastern Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi to eventually move up the Atlantic Coast.  When these two Systems combine...  LOOKOUT.

How a Nor'Easter developes...

http://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/noreaster-to-unleash-heavy-snow-from-dc-to-boston-as-winter-strikes-back/70001093

When stalled in the Atlantic, the counter-clockwise winds blow percipitation back towards New England from a North-East direction.  Hence the term, "Nor'Easter".

Yes sir.  The fierce winds always come in from the northeast.  It's going to be nasty.  A good day to make chili con carne or a nice lasagna.

Glad I live in a condo.

Shoveling/plowing the driveway is a b!tch; especially with no help.

Too bad it couldn't hold off until Thursday.  I would love to sit home and watch NCAAB all day.

Haven't done that since I graduated from college.

Gonna blow 55kts here on the coast, tide a will be very high coupled with the full moon and maybe we get major snow. Probably mostly rain. Just another ugly March storm but glad it's not the 62 March noreaster.

You live down the shore, right?  You on one of those barrier islands?

Yup, FTS.

Abandoned the house for the Townhouse.  Left the temperature on 60 degrees and we'll see you in April.  All I've got to do is clean the cars off and move them to the street.  Driveway and parking get plowed and sidewalks front and back get shoveled.

Tried the townhouse thing a few decades ago with the now, ex wife. Wasn't for me but it could've been a bad experience due to the ex wife.
House on a lagoon now, no grass to cut as the yard is all small stones. 6 bushes in the yard and they won't be on this earth much longer. Driveway is about 35' long. No more shoveling, just put the 1500 in 4 wheel drive till the white sheet melts.

Good stuff.  You must hate it when us Bennys come down in the summertime, hahaha.

Next time you're in Tom's River, you have to check out this place called the Serenity Cafe.  It's off of 37 before the bridge.  Food is banging.

You'll thank me later.
