How about a rule that you cannot create a new thread until you have some kind of seniority here on COVERS? Either by time since joined or by number of posts (suggest six months or 1,000 posts). The point is to keep the SAFs and Spammers out of the forums so serious Cappers can find legitimate information without having to hunt for an hour.

During college football ten different people will make a thread about one play in the same game and all of the threads before that gets pushed to the back. Seniority/Likes/Dislikes would be a good idea to filter out some of those threads.

Activated through E-mail Yes, anyone can just go and make a fake e-mail account, but it would certainly deter quite a few people that just make fakes accounts for spamming/bashing that just create a fake e-mail, Username, and password and Bam they are here posting.

Also, post some NASCAR head to head matchups the day of the race. Plenty of sub -130 lines to choose from. You're posting WNBA, go the extra mile with NASCAR.
