Actually he got sentenced to a min of 8-10 years if he qualifies for parole and all that.

Otherwise he is going to be in there for a long ass time cause the more harsh sentences the judge gave to him as consecutives rather than concurrents.

Fred must be pleased..even though he got off on murders at least he is serving some time in the clink.

He could go a long way toward helping himselp when he comes up for his parole hearing by telling ALL about the night he killed Nicole and Ron Goldman.
Nobody is going to want to hear his pleas for parole without seeming repentant for all sins

Goldmans to speak shortly. To this day Fred Goldman has never referred to OJ by name. He always says " the murderer"

It's about damn time.  Something tells me he will make headlines again even while spending time in jail.

Sounds like a lot of protesters outside the courthouse yelling about OJ's innocence

I wonder what the black community thinks about his sentence or conviction for that matter. Do they think it was an injustice?

This is bullshit, how is OJ going to find the real killer if he is in prison?

Judge Napalitano ( FNB ) just said OJ will be in solitary, where he wont even be able to speak with others.
I have no love loss for OJ, and think for his safety he needs to be single celled, eat/shower/exercise by himself, but being alone without even being able to communicate with others seems really harsh.

It would be funny if Jesse Jackson or Al Farrakhan make a plea to release OJ or give him a lighter sentence.

OJ's fellow inmates will beat the living daylights out of him. I think some of them are still upset over the murders of NIcole and Ronald Goldman.

He was an NFL running back.
He may adjust well in prison.

That's all well and good bob, but the parole board cares none about the deaths of Nicole and R. Goldman.  He's in jail for kidnapping and gun charges....that is ALL the parole board cares about.  You can't be held accountable for a crime you were merely charged with.  Yeah, I'm sure he's ready to confess to a crime for which he was acquitted.

I would think the prisoners would revere him, not hate him.

If he wasn't in solitary I would bet he would break the law even in prison.
