THX Why, I think you summarized the situation well.
Georgia has always had offense but Jeremy Pruitt is the difference this year. Teams with a good enough running game to make play action work give Georgia the most problems. TN doesn't have that this year. The front seven will shut down the run and make them one dimensional. That opens up the pass rush to help out what is admittedly the weak spot, the secondary, but the LB's are pretty good. Tenn will make some plays in the passing game, but I doubt they can string enough together to hang with the Dawgs.
Georgia has a lot of weapons on offense and their special teams should score again here too. If they get up early, expect Richt to turn Gurley and a stable of great backs loose this week. Then "poof" play action TD to quality receivers. Mason is good enough to hit critical passes if they have 3rd and long.
Tenn is coming off a bye week and time to prepare and implement a solid game plan, while the Dawgs actually had a scrimmage last week. The recent history in this series says 17 is a lot of chalk. I see Pruitt's defense holding Vols to under 20 and Georgia scoring 40+. A small play on Dawgs for me. btw, I rarely bet Georgia games, too much emotion without a wager.

Appreciate the input BigDog. I am the same way with Tn games-may play a total here and there but rarely touch a side with them bc of difficulty separating emotion from analysis. Good luck this week!
