I've decided to use LonghornHoosiers format because I don't have time or inclination to try to go into two/three deep at all positions, but it leaves a lot of great Razorbacks (and pros) off the list.
Nevertheless, here are my top picks by position at my alma mater:
ARKANSAS RAZORBACKS
Offense
QB: Joe Ferguson
RB: Darren McFadden
RB: Lance Alworth
RB: Clyde Scott (also a track all-american and Olympic silver medalist)
WR: Joe Adams
WR: Chuck Dicus
TE: D.J. Williams
OL: Leotis Harris
OL: Steve Korte
OL: Jonathan Luigs
OL: Shawn Andrews
OL: Brandon Burlsworth
Defense
DL: person Bumpas
DL: Dan Hampton
DL: Billy Ray Smith
DL: Jimmy Walker
LB: Jermaine Petty
LB: Ronnie Caveness
LB: Jeb Huckeba

CORRECTION: I had one too many players on offense so I removed Clyde Scott - although a great player he was from the late 40's - a different era. Also, not exactly sure how I got 'Person' Bumpas at DT; obviously I meant the great person Bumpas.

I would put Jamelle Holloway in over any OU wishbone QB, including Jack Mildren. He was probably the best option QB of all time. I've never seen anybody do what he did in his freshman season. And then winning the national championship on top of that.

It's Jamelle Holieway and yes he was an amazing wishbone operator but Jack Mildren was doing things with the bone in the early 70's that were unseen to that time and was really the first threat as an option wishbone qb even more than Texas had at that time.
Mildren did not have near the talent around him that Holieway had. Those 85-87 Sooner teams were loaded with talent.

I've seen all of these QB's many times up close in Norman. None of these QB's could touch Holloway. I don't care how high they got drafted by the NFL or what they did later in life. Actually the second best option QB that I've seen in person was Nolan Cromwell. He was the whole package. And probably a better overall athlete than any of these guys. I was at the 1975 OU/Kansas game when Cromwell and KU upset the Sooners and broke their long winning streak. I think your list is spot on at every other position. Little Joe Washington was the most exciting OU RB that I've seen. Mainly because you never knew what the hell is was going to do once he got the ball. He might dance backwards 20 yards before finding an opening and making a touchdown. But that one is also position that is subject to opinion since there has been so many good RB's at OU.

You Oklahoma guys aren't going to like this but Tommy Frazier was a pretty good option qb

and CFB aficionado of the last 30 yrs or so should know how to spell his name,

I too have seen them all........Holieway was probably the best all around option QB......even though Thomas Lott probably ran the ball better......and.......JC Watts probably threw it better. Holloway was as good as there has ever been at reading the option. In all fairness, Mildren had the advantage of playing at a time when no body could defend the option....I think Greg Pruitt had more running room after receiving the pitch than anyone ever, averaging almost 10 yards a carry in '71. All good opinions......great thread.
